We were very fortunate to procure a room at this charming historical hotel with so much character and beauty. The architecture is from the Sino Portuguese era and there is also a balcony where you can relax any time of the day, sipping your favorite beverage as you watch the daily activity down below. The place got quiet at night and as soon as you laid down you were in slumberland. Our concierge SUDA was tremendously helpful and went out of her way to make our stay a most pleasant and memorable one. She stored our luggage for two days without any problems; best of all she even got our laundry done as we still had two weeks of vacation left. Suda even gave us gift certificates to be used at the eclectic Torry’s ice cream parlor. This is a chic place, nothing like any that you may have stayed in your travels. Give it a try and you will remember your stay for years to come. It is located in the historical district within east walk to modern cafes, superb Michelin starred restaurants, bargainers shopping paradise, street food vendors and strolling in the streets will take you to a different realm.

Best place to stay if you plan to explore the exquisite Old Town of Phuket. The property is 5-10mins walking to centre of Old Town and a 7 Eleven across the street.
The room size is adequate and all modern facilities provided. The small balcony provides necessary space to sit, relax or to dry clothes.
The pool has a waterfall (size view and sound of water) and pool size is adequate for chilling (not necessarily swimming).
The best part was it's Restuarant. Since we arrived in the property around 2pm, we decided to go for a quick lunch there itself. To our delight, it served one of the best meals during our entire tour of Thailand.
And lastly, very helpful staff.

I lived in Phuket and worked in the hotel business on the island for many years. Then came back after moving to the USA for 5 years and was impressed with the price, conditions, amenities, and services compared to what I paid. If you are looking for good affordable with a good location in Phuket's old town, good service, and amenities such as good internet+pool+fitness+in-room amenities, you need to look no more. Here is what you need. I got more than I expected.

We had a wonderful honeymoon stay to explore phuket oldtown. It is around 10mins walk to city centre where the 1min-away convenience store serves any necessity. Room is new and spacious with excellent housekeeping. Staff Toby and the team are super friendly and responsive to arrange pick-up and give advices. Location is perfect to zipline and island tour, much better than commuting from patong area. Highly recommended for anyone to would like to enjoy oldtown life.

We stayed one night during our stay between Phuket and Phi Phi, to take advantage and get to know Old Phuket Town.
The hotel is correct and clean, suitable for one night. We had a room with access to the pool and we were surprised that it was on the second floor. But it gave access to a small pool that was quite good for a dip.
It is located about 15-17 minutes from the old town, right up to the Phuket Sunday Street Market. But anyway the hotel has a shuttle service there at certain times.
At night there are concerts until 11pm and the truth is that you can hear them quite a bit from the room, at least in ours (2nd floor). Normal amenities, hotel hairdryer (weak), the bathroom is quite ingenious since the same door to close the bathroom becomes the shower door. In short, a correct and clean room, although the air conditioning is quite noisy.
Maybe it was bad luck or coincidence, but our breakfast was a bit of a disaster. We had a taxi booked for 7:30, breakfast opened at 7:00, but they opened a little late and the coffee machine broke down, so everything was delayed quite a bit and we had to have breakfast in a hurry. The hotel offers a dish to choose from (you choose it at check-in), which is quite good, which is appreciated, since the buffet is not much. The coffee is pretty bad.
As in all of Thailand, the service is very friendly. Our English is quite average, but we have never had problems understanding and being understood in the rest of Thailand, and the truth is that in this hotel we had much more difficulty understanding each other with the staff.
Rassada pier is 20 minutes by taxi so ideal if you have an early ferry.
Maybe it is a little expensive for the average quality-price ratio in Thailand.

Very clean and comfortable hotel (the bedding is great).
Welcoming staff.
The hotel is located a 15-minute walk from the old town, with restaurants nearby.
Ideal for a transitional hotel (we only spent one night there).
The breakfast was also up to the standards of large hotels.
Unbeatable quality/price ratio

The hotel rooms are ok. Staff are generally OK, If not a little self obsessed with their cool appearance, many self checks in many mirrors. Two main issues are the breakfast, which is bang average at best.
The second and most highly irritating issue is the noise created in the pool bar area. They have created a waterfall over the pool, which is deafening. Add to that the many bass speakers banging out rubbish cheap songs at max volume all the dammed time. You literally can not hear a conversation between 2 people sitting next to each other. Oh, and flies everywhere in the dining area.

Modern and clean hotel in the heart of old Town. Modern, clean and comfortable room. The employees are very friendly, always willing to help you.
It has a swimming pool and pool bar. Buffet breakfast for 250 THB.
10 minutes walk from the Sunday Night Market.
If we return to Phuket, we return to this hotel.

We had never been to Phuket and after a week in a resort in Khao lak we booked 4 nights in the Ratri. This is a brilliant hotel, modern, comfortable beds, great restaurant, live one man band entertainment every night. Cocktails are awesome too. Hotel is spotlessly clean. It’s in a location where “old town” is a 10minute walk.
As an Australian I’d stay at the Ratri if I was visiting old town for a few days.
Personally it’s not a long term stay hotel so 4-5nigjts max would be my recommendation

I recently stayed at this hotel for a few days and the overall experience was very good. The hotel is conveniently located close to the city centre and major Attractions. The front desk staff was very friendly and the check-in was quick with detailed travel advice. The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were complete and the beds were comfortable so I could rest well. The bathroom is also spacious and the hot water supply is stable. The hotel's breakfast is varied, fresh and delicious, especially the local specialities, which are memorable. Thank you K.Mook and K.Bella for taking care of me this time. Overall, I am very happy with the stay and Recommended for travelers who want to experience comfort.👍🏻
