The best swimming pool in Phuket town for day pass. Excellent staff and service. The pool is large and good maintained by saltwater and the pool is suitable for kid. Lunch time open 11:00 onward and enjoy floating Afternoon tea only 500 THB per set.

This hotel requires a lot of improvements. That being said, we spent more time out then using the facilities.
Check in process: We arrived at 12:30pm, asked if we could check in earlier which they advised it won’t be ready for 40mins. We came back 40mins later after having our welcome drink (which was purple dyed coconut water in a martini glass). He said it won’t be ready for an hour so we left the hotel to walk about. It’s now 14:10 (check in time is 14:00 so you’d think it would be ready), we were told to wait another 20mins. We finally checked in at 14:30.
Food: We only had breakfast at the Hotel as we were so close to Old Town, it didn’t make sense to eat at the hotel and there’s a 7/11 near by for snacks. Breakfast was not great. Food was bland, options were very limited. My husband and I didn’t eat much, we were only there to make sure our kids could eat a bit of fruits and pastries.
House keeping: They do not sweep, we know this because our son would bring croissant back and the crumbs were still there after they’ve come in to replenish our towels.
Reception: They were lovely and informative. Most of the above feedback were out of their control.
Swimming Pool: The pool beds looked and felt a bit out dated, I have stayed in 4 star hotels in Phuket that were in better conditions than this 5 star hotel. That being said my kids still had a lot of fun in them.
Location: Not walking distance from Old Town but close enough that the taxi’s only cost up 150baht each way.
I’ll unlikely stay here again nor would I recommend the hotel to our friends and family. It was ok but not great.

The hotel's location is perfect for those who want to rest, away from the hustle and bustle of central Phuket. The rooms are large and equipped with everything we needed for our week. Breakfast is really worth it, every day they have new products and they even serve food as lunch. The pool area is great and they provide pool towels. The employees at reception are helpful and help you easily book visits for the day.

We live in Phuket stayed here for a family staycation. With its convenient location to Phuket town and new water park, andamanda, our family found it is hustle free and good value for money. We also enjoyed the big swimming pool in between our activities.

I was staying in a little apartment before I came here, so glad I did. I wasn't sleeping well & felt run down. After 2 nights here I felt so much better. The bed is very big & extremely comfortable. The swimming pool is nice & they don't put too much chlorine in the water so it's good for swimming for long periods of time. Great hotel & I'm pretty sure the rooms are soundproofed because it's really quiet at night. The cleaners are really fast, professional & staff are really helpful & nice.

By the ways , This Is my second time to stay here & This is my first to review here because I can't keep any my impressive with myself.
First of all , I really like any tone of hotel color , style and decorate in lobby area make me feel like stand in the under ocean. 🏝🌊
I just spent 1 nights here. This is quite new hotel. I stay with pool access room. when I want to relax just open the door & walk to pool that so nice. Main pool is really nice as well , And Room service menu is very tasty especially menu " Stir Fried Basil with Minced and Fried Egg " Is very Thainess. I really recommend 🤩
The staff is very warm welcome was nice and good service minded especially K.Nam at lobby & K.Now housekeeping they good take care & greeting when I check in & check out.👍🏻
If you looking for the hotel which is not far from Any facilities such as shopping more , tourist attraction ,this is the great choice. I had very recommend here.💙

Gift, Jeeyun, and Guitar made our experience at the hotel phenomenal. The food for breakfast was delicious, it didn’t feel overwhelming or crowded like other hotel buffet experiences. The hotel is clean, room service is on top of everything and all the staff are very nice. It’s also just a great value for what you get overall. My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights for a small vacation. Seabed Grand Hotel Phuket is well worth the stay.

Bell and Aon were both so wonderful to help me get my SIM card problem resolved. Bell helped me get the right call program I needed when my service suddenly said I had insufficient balance and was therefore unable to make calls on my phone. He even used his own evade to pay for the right plan for me without my knowledge until he completed the transaction for me. I had to insist he take my money to pay him back.
The cleaning staff was also wonderful to make my room very nice and ensure I had everything I needed everyday.
Finally, Kanidta was very kind and patient as I had to change my reservation on three different occasions due to Thailand Government Covid rule changes and transportation delays.
