Everything here is excellent, food, activities, the house, service. The view of each house is facing sea with infinity pool view. Many welcome food and drinks. Private island beach, yoga lesson. Breakfast is semi buffet, the dishes look nice and tasty. Definitely will choose this hotel again.

From the moment you arrive at Como Point Yamu you will be amazed by the hotel - the architecture is modern and there are amazing views around every corner. We had a verandah room (no 203) which was on a corner so stunning views from both sides with a table, chairs and loungers. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and comfortable with plenty of coffee, tea and water. In addition there are complimentary soft drinks, beer and snacks which are topped up daily. The breakfast is a mixture of buffet style and a la carte and the quality is exceptional. We enjoyed the Thai options which were so tasty. We ate at La Serana (International food) and Nahmyaa (Thai) both of which were amazing , although you pay 5 star hotel prices. The outside areas are very well maintained and the pool area is the focal point of the hotel with stunning 360 degree views. The hotel is quite remote and doesn't have its own beach although they run many excursions, one of which is to the Como beach club on Naka island (20 min drive plus 5 minute boat trip). We thoroughly enjoyed our day trip there - there is pool, bar/ restaurant and water sports. The beach is also pretty good for this part of Thailand. We also went on walks along the beach near the hotel where there are some stunning villas. All of the staff are so helpful and friendly, and we were made so welcome. Special thanks to Ann for her kindness and tips on Thai food and Nik for his advice on Thai culture, travel and life. We really enjoyed meeting you both and send our best wishes. We would love to come back to Como Point Yamu.

COMO Point Yamu is one of my favorite resorts of all time. My family of 6 spent 5 days in Phuket in Feb 2020. It’s my second trip to this resort in the last 2 years and it never gets old. Everything is perfect the moment I arrived at the resort. We stayed in a three bedroom villa with a private pool overlooking the Andaman sea. The villa also comes with free laundry, mini bar and daily snacks. Service is definitely first class. It’s my parents first trip to Phuket and they have felt in love with place. Special thanks to Jeab at the restaurant and every other member of the resort who made our family trip a memorable one. Just a word of caution. The place is not close to city centre and taxi is expensive in Phuket. But this is not a problem for us as there are so much to do in the resort. If you are looking for a place with excellent service, breathtaking scenery and amazing breakfast, this is the place for you!

We stayed at a one bedroom pool villa, and we totally enjoyed it. The villa is very spacious, clean and with a pool with sunset seaview. Our butler, Jimmy, is very caring and accommodating, and has done a good job in taking care of us. Beach club - it’s a 30 minutes road trip and a 10 minute boat ride to the Como private beach at Naka Island. You can swim at the pool there, at the beach and play kayak and stand up paddle boards. Sorry that you can’t snorkel as there is no coral or fish at the beach. However, the food served at Beach Club is delicious and got more Asian choices than the restaurant or in-room dining. In-room dining - menu has the usual salads, meats, pizza and pasta choices. However, we would want more Asian food in the menu, eg the typical Hainan chicken rice, satay skewers etc Thai restaurant - it is a must-go restaurant there. Both the signature menu and a la carte menu are of very high standard. It is the luxurious version of authentic Thai cuisine, and definitely up to Michelin standard. Italian restaurant - average quality. Breakfast is semi-buffet with a la carte menu, and plenty of healthy choices, including granola, yogurt etc. Swimming pool - the pool is huge, and got a wonderful infinity pool. The resort is spacious, full of artistic and IG-photo spots, and is definitely a great romantic hideaway choice. It is remotely located, but really if you opt to stay in this resort, you will probably want to just stay and enjoy the great resort.
