Yeah! That’s really cool paradise for me and my bae that we were at COMO on Feb 20, 2017 for 3 nights stay with our Chinese friends. Front Desk is very helpful, kindly and service minded. Room is really clean with lovely layout design. They use sea color dark and light blue for whole room. Breathtaking views, quiet environment and...

A friend's description summed up Point Yamu perfectly: "Point Yamu is a place that shows you what money can buy." To be upfront, I do not like staying at luxury resorts because I find them too ostentatious and pretentious for my liking with all the pomp and drippings but Point Yamu was a very pleasant surprise. The hotel representative was...

Oh wow! Where to begin?? The hotel itself is absolutely stunning set up on a hill so that you are not overlooked but have breath taking views for miles around. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate our every need and the rooms were understated but luxurious with huge attention to detail in every aspect. The food was top notch,...

We stayed for 1 week in May and everything was perfect. The views are 360'. The staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel is beautiful, serene and the surroundings are stunning. The location is remote, but that suited us, having been to Phuket many times, we were happy to stay at the resort. The day trip to the private island...

If I am being very picky, the hotel needs more door staff as luggage wasn't taken immediately when we arrived and doors were not always opened when we departed/returned from outings. However overall the hotel is well designed, with an interesting Italian-Thai take on decor. The food is very very good especially the Thai restaurant which was hands down the...

Located quite far away from all those tourist places...peaceful, beautiful, romantic, and very neat!! Staff are extremely helpful and attentive to service. Food also great, cocktail by the pool is also a great combination. The only so so thing is the pool that is a bit small the rest is just awesome

The hotel premises are really nice so if you just want to 'veg out' and not experience the Island or Thai culture outside the hotel, then this is the place for you. No beach access, no local places to walk to and investigate - a car is necessary - places are even too far for scooter. Restaurant food is variable...

It actually was a trip on November 2015 (the review system can only do within one year trip.) but I can clearly remember the wonderful feeling of my stay in COMO Point Yamu. 5 days 4 nights, I enjoyed the people, infinity pool view, interior design, COMO Spa, and the gym class with free charge. I took yoga class everyday...

Everything was great until we tried to use the hotel pool. It was May 7th 2017 at about 4pm. There were a few guests at the pool and we asked the staff who was an Asian female working at the bar and just sat down a Caucasian couple by the pool. After she finished giving the couple towers and menu...

Dear Ding923, Thank you for your review and comments. I am very shocked about the description of the treatment (or lack thereof) that you received at the pool and extend my sincere apologies. This is certainly not the way we treat our guests and I have personally addressed this issue with the team. I am glad however that you enjoyed...
