The best place to stay in Phuket. Super lovely staff (especially thanks to Pati). The private pool is super refreshing and the service is very nice. Clean room every day, breakfast to your villa and also highly recommend to order massage to your villa. If you like a private place not close to a busy city you wont regret ❤️
The pictures looked great, and the online reviews were positive. So, we booked this place for 10 days (due to location, and in case we had to quarantine - nice to have an outdoor area). The location is out of the way, but suited us since we had access to cars and family lives nearby. Positives: units are big, there is a kitchen, there is a private pool (if you like that sort of thing) Negatives common to many local properties: - poor water pressure (you'll have to rub a showerhead on your body to wash :) ), - poorly maintained AC (blows non-stop, irrespective of the set temperature, never shuts off - so your choice is to be too hot or too cold) - overall poor maintenance (for example dimmer switches, but half of the bulbs non-dimmable, will flash like fire alarm if you try to dim them) - Shower in the open next to the toilet, no door or curtain, no floor separation (so must shower standing in the bathtub) - In the 2nd room - AC compressor installed just outside the bedroom (which has a giant single-pane window behind the main bed, so no sound isolation). At night your choice is to run AC on a minimum and be hot, or turn it up and listen to the compressor noise. Negatives specific to this property: - Giant tropical bird enclosure next to 1 br units (avoid unit 7), these birds will scream non-stop from sunrise to sunset. Also significant mosquito problem in those same 1br units (may be related to bird enclosure standing water?) - Breakfast lackluster, we looked at it once and decided not to partake - Sound isolation not ideal - could hear TV in the "villa" that shared the wall with us, and party noises from the other side of the fence - "Gym" is a joke - none of the plug-in treadmills/elipticals worked. Mechanical exercise bike was the only usable device (but I had to borrow a set of pliers to fix the seat). Several exercise machines in different states of disrepair, none usable. All of that crammed into a tiny room with tile floors (so can't use weights either). - Because of the bird screams and mosquito problem we asked to be moved from our initial 1br 2 bath (important) unit. We were moved into a 2br 2bath unit (with each bathroom accessible from its respective bedroom). The next day staff at front desk informed me that since we initially booked a 1 br, we must "lock the door" to one of the bedrooms in the new unit and not go in there, as "we did not pay for it" (mind you, unit sizes are about the same, and 1br had an extra sitting room with a bed - so they were essentially equivalent). I countered that the original unit had 2 baths and if we locked one of the bedrooms, we would also lose access to the 2nd bath. Nothing was said, but for the rest of our stay (10 days), cleaners pointedly avoided cleaning the 2nd bathroom (never even picked up the towels off the floor). That type of passive-aggressive mgmt is silly, and certainly not something that would create goodwill to come back (I know we won't).…
Having not being able to travel to Asia for almost 2 years i was happy to take part of the "Phuket Sandbox". Lots of paperwork to do, but all in all it worked well. BOOKING. I booked direct with the hotel. I was offered a good price and they were answering all my questions fast and friendly. Also they were very helpful informing me about the rules and changes for the Sandbox. ARRIVAL The booked SHA Plus Transfer from the hotel worked well. Check in was fast and after a long flight i was just happy to get to my villa. ROOM/VILLA So spacious. I booked a 1 bedroom Villa, But became a villa with 2 bedrooms. Large and comfortable living Room with a fuly equipped kitchen and a large refrigirator and fridge. Well assorted minibar. Bedroom with a very comfortable double bed. Bathroom with bathtub and shower. I had a small issue with not having hot water but it was fixed immediatly. Large terrace with table and 4 chairs, 2 sunbeds and a swimming pool (6 x 3 Meter). Villa was clean and terrace/garden well maintained. SERVICE All the staff were sweet, kind and friendly and very attentive. The very friendly italian manager is always around FOOD Not many guests in the hotel so no full breakfast buffet, but you could order eggs any style. Some fruit, cereals, coffe and tea- One morning the manager asked me if i missed something for breakfast. I said maybe some muesli and yogurt. Well next morning it was there. Perfect. I had often dinner in the restaurant. Food was so tasty and well presented. And at very reasonable prices. They do serve both western and Thai food. AREA/SURROUNDINGS Paklok is not a typical tourist spot.It is a place where people are living. No beach, Not a shop or restaurant on every corner. But many possibilities to enjoy fantastic street food. Easy to get in touch with local people. Many supermarkets for all your daily needs. You do need a car or a Scooter/Motorbike. Nature around the hotel is stunning and beautiful. I rented a mototbike from the hotel and made many trips to beautiful locations in the area. I never missed the noise from Patong. ALL IN ALL If you are looking for a peaceful and luxurious accomodation with good service and food i can highly recommand Boutique Resort. I also did enjoy the beauty of nature and the feeling of being in the real Thailand and not just in noisy tourist area.…
Excellent pool villa for relaxing, room was clean and great service. This is another beautiful part of the pool villa and the mood is all about relaxation and calmness. The breakfast is not buffet but was great food too,we will be back again.
The villa is a little far from Phuket town but we love it that it is very private. Good for vacations, honeymoon or family trip. The pool is fantastic, each unit has it own pool. Many local restaurants and bars around the area. Near to Phuket international airport and famous Nai Yang Beach. Daily shuttle service to Nai Yang beach. They also provide a FREE airport pick-up!!! So we don't need to worry about how to get to the resort on our arrival. They offer many complementary services, so pay attention of what the receptionist advise during your check-in guys!!! The staffs are very friendly and everything!!!!
We had a great stay at boutique resort! The villa was spacious and clean. The pool was awesome! My 2 kids couldnt have been more clean than this trip from contiously splashing in the pool!! The loved the birds on the hotel ground too! We stayed for a week since we traveled foe relaxation.. It is quite far from town but it wasnt a problem for us since we went to town once only.. However I gave it a four star because of the buffet breakfast, I wished if it had more choices. The good news is that you can order your eggs the way you want.. It was a great experience but I recommend just staying for 3 days if you want to explore phuket.
The accommodation was clean and tidy but if you are looking for descent outside space near the pool to a sunbed, it is nearly not existing. The host was nice and the fresh fruits a great touch on arrival.
Stayed in a 1 bedroom villa. Literally could not be happier. The location is secluded, the staff is friendly and prompt, and the villa was perfectly clean and had everything you could need. If you prefer chill to the party scene, this is a great alternative. I have not found a better value for my money anywhere.
Very clean lovely beautiful resort, hospitality very good, Momo the resort manager is a very good gentlewoman, resort is surrounded by totally green areas very beautiful when raining, very suitable for couples and honeymooners, I like the resort & wish to be there again
The hotel was amazing and good for 2 or 3 days max .there is privacy and you feel the nature. The hotel far away from town but they can give a bike and you explore the city . The staff were kind and amazing where they fixed one whole day trip of Phuket
