I have never stayed in such a awful place in my life. The hotel in its self was nice but the cleanliness and hygiene its not on there list. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Don't pay for the room before you see it. It's awful!!!!!

Me and my friend stayed in room 20 both itching and scratching all night woke up to our bodies both disgustingly full of bites, asked for a refund they charged us for an extra night. Shower wasn't working either had to get a bath and use toilet paper as a plug. Never ever stayed in anything like these stay well... More

We have spent a night in the hotel. The room had no working lamp on the ceiling. When we entered the room at the very first time that became clear. The floor was filthy sprinkled with breadcrumbs and pieces of mud and other unidentifiable filth. The bathroom was mouldy and I wouldn't describe it as clean. We didn't even dare... More

Took my teenage boys here due to budget restrictions. Probably expected a basic hotel but this was less than good. Two chaps running it were pleasant enough but the rooms smelt odd and we're not properly clean. The beds had no protectors on them, bathroom dirty and the breakfast advertised is very basic and not worth the £5 they sought... More

My wife booked this on line and the pictures provided by the owner were nothing like the reality. Because it was cheap we did not expect The Ritz, but we did expect basic cleanliness and safety. In our room, the soap dispenser was filthy, there was mould growing on the windows, the shower head was disgusting and the towel rail... More

There are no words to describe how horrendous this hotel is. The rooms were absolutely filthy with inches of dust everywhere. The carpets clearly had not been hoovered in months. The bathrooms were full of black mould and even if you had wanted to take your life in your hands by using the bath there were no plugs in either... More

I have never stayed in such a filthy hotel as this. The carpet had crumbs and food all over it, stains of who knows what on the sofa, mould all over the window frames and panes, the bathroom was appaling with mould and hairs everywhere. This place is skin to a homeless hostel with shady eastern European men drinking and... More

Booked two single rooms each taking a dog. To be fair this hotel IS VERY CHEAP and the male only Pakistani staff were friendly and very dog tolerant, .BUT the rooms are VERY VERY DIRTY with flick /cobwebs in the radiators that had NOT been cleaned FOR YEARS. Bits of god knows what under the bed and behind the bedside... More

I'm massively supprised this place is allowed to trade. It's disgusting. Avoid at all costs unless you are planning a strange horror themed weekend. Dodgy electrics, mould everywhere, strange smells and lifeless staff. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels and this is the worst by miles.

Wish we'd never bothered, disgustingly dirty got charged £45 for a double room even though it clearly stated on the big sign in the entrance saying £40, when I spoke to a member of staff about this they said that was weekday prices but couldn't point out to me where on the sign it said that. Wouldn't even attempt it... More
