No pillow cases on pillows upon arrival. Asked for them to be put on got handed 2 to do myself. 1 had a stain. Gave back and requested enough cases for the 4 pillows we had. Took 3 hours before I had to ask again....More
Room was alright apart from bathroom shower was nightmare even after reported it nothing happend and staff was even worse wasn't helpful at all...took ages to print out simple invoice only silly excuses..."staff on reception was too busy with playing games on the phone!!".
I used to stay here when I worked up here in Leeds back in 95. The rooms were lovely and the breakfast was great.
But no more.
Very tired place. Not well looked after. No breakfast.
