We stayed here Dec 16 the pool has several broken tiles. One seriously injured my 5 year old daughter. And she was in the baby pool! The owner blamed my daughter for playing to much! The rest of the staff were very kind its clean but a little run down

The rooms are spacious clean and sufficient. The location is great..3min front lamai beach..but a quiet part. You can use beachchairs at the resort as long no one wants to use them. There even is a tire swing at the beach. But the lady at the reception is unfriendly..this could be caused by her English language skills. Housekeeping ladies are...

Vanda House is centrally located by the main road a 15min walk away from the main tourist streets and 10min walk from the beach. The hotel is located in...

After having stayed in Lamai before I decided to stay at this part of the island again and stay away from the hustle and bustle of Chaweng. I stayed at the opposite end to the last time 5 years ago. Great big room, biggest out of the full time in Thailand, rooms were cleaned everyday, laundry facilities available and wifi...

This was a trip with my friends and we wanted to visit the most exotic places in Thailand rather than commercial tourist places. We went ahead with Koh Samui and started searching for hotel which would be near to the beach and with best services. Zeroed down to Vanda House Resort and booked it online. I must say this must...

“Do not go to the beach resorts. They are over 1000 baht a night minimum and are always very small and cramped! Check out the hostels along the road!”

“Big huge spacious rooms with great ambiance. Perfect for all types of travelers including couples.”

“I preferred my room on the main floor to the one I had on the third floor. While the third floor had a view, it was also quite noisy from the gamecocks kept on neighboring propery. Fortunately, on the ground floor, the garden wall blocks out the crowing of the birds and some of the music from nearby bars. Room #1 is, in my opinion, the best one at the resort because it has a side window which gives more light, and you are able to get wireless in the room (not the case on the top floors or rooms further away from the lobby area).”
