Had a great stay at this resort. Had an ocean view room which had great views over the resort itself and then, as the name suggests, the ocean. Room was large and clean, very comfortable. Food at the resort was very good. Breakfast buffet was very high quality. Good range of food, regularly replenished. Also ate in the bar twice...

Was warmly greeted upon arrival. There is a $30/night resort fee. Haven't toured the entire facilities yet but it's been beautiful everywhere I've been so far. Lots of ocean life around, nice Beach and activities for the whole family.

This place is absolutely perfect. I cannot think of one thing wrong with it. My family and I had a beachfront room and just lived sitting there and listening to the water all night. The people that work there are all amazing. They made my family and I feel right at home and really pushed our vacation to the next...

We just got home from a lovely vacation at our favorite resort on the big island of Hawaii. The Mauna Lani had become our resort of choice. It is beautiful, everywhere on this property is beautifully landscaped, there are baby sea turtles inside the atrium, medium ones in the outside pond, and larger ones in the ocean. The breakfast is...

received a room upgrade overlooking the pool and ocean on level5, staff very friendly and while hotel is older rooms are large and well appointed with everything working. Position is about half an hour north of the airport, just north of the hilton. Much quieter than the hilton and more relaxed, if you like that. Live baby turtles in the...

great views, wonderful service. nothing fancy but clean and well maintained. big but not too large. Quiet, open air hotel, perfect for a relaxing vacation. Good trails and snokeling on site/within easy walking access. Nice that internet (works well), 2 bottles water/day, and parking is included in the daily resort fee. Did not eat much on site. Would recommend to...

From the moment you are greeted, seeing the beautiful lobby, arriving at a nicely appointed room that smells great, you realize you are in a nice place. The pool and beaches were the best as was the restaurant on the property. This hotel was well worth the money. Super impressed!

This is a large hotel but with a quite feeling. Huge open air lobby and wonderful staff. Canoe House Restaurant is very nice with views of the ocean. Very nice gym short walk from hotel. Rooms are ok, many with ocean views. Two negative is limited spots for lunch and very quiet after 9pm

Tried the Mai Tai after being assured it was the best on the island. It wasn't even close to good. Poke was one of the top dishes on the menu; it was tasteless. Would not return to that very tired complex.

This is a special place. We try to visit every year and have reservations for this Christmas. According to today's news, the property has been sold from Tokyu to Prospect Hill Group. The challenge will be to keep what everyone loves while making updates everyone understands the property needs, especially bathrooms and menu options. The cultural offerings, overseen by Danny...
