Stayed here in an Ocean Front Suite for three nights in April. We have been traveling to the Mauna Lani Resort yearly or more often for 20+ years. The setting, right on a swimmable beach with the deep blue Hawaii ocean is unmatched anywhere. We often stay in condos or rental houses and have owned property here. We have been...

Pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel is. We've started at the Marriott and the Hilton and found this place was better than both. We had a bit of trouble at check in where they couldn't find out res, but luckily I had print out copies of the prepay and receipts. They were very apologetic and upgraded our room for...

The Mauna Lani bay hotel is a beautiful property sprawled over acres of land. The bay is home to humpback whales during the months between December to April. You are almost guaranteed to see one then! We spent a glorious week, snorkelling & swimming with green turtles in the bay and paddle boarding at the beach club. The beach is...

The place is absolutely beautiful. The staff was nice and the food very nice, just what you expect from a 5* resort!!! The arrival was the most pleasant, with a Kukui Nut lei, customized for men and women! The check-in was seamless. We had a waterfront room and honestly, it was worth it!! The sunset was just incredible from where...

Beautiful property despite its apparent age. Spent four nights in a deluxe, 2 queen room with pool and ocean view. Room was clean, had comfy beds, lanai was a good size. Our package (Costco) included buffet breakfast which was great. Buffet includes made to order omelets, lots of choices of fruits, cerels, etc. Excellent swimming beach access, pool is nice....

We stayed at the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel for 8 days at the end of March. We had a very pleasant relaxing stay, and the kids loved the pools and beach. Spend a lot of time going between the pool and the beach, and while on the beach it was great to have the covered loungers to protect us from...

My bad luck! Wife and I had to leave a rental house on the beach at 10pm because it had roaches all over kitchen and our bedding... So I get here and make the mistake of telling them this. So I get a $500 a night ocean room for the next three nights. Willing to abandoned my house on the...

We always stay elsewhere on the island (for more privacy and far better value), but we enjoy visiting the public parts of the Mauni Lani grounds: the ancient fish ponds, snorkeling cove (yup, public property up to the high-tide line), and the shark pond and turtle pond (next to Canoe House restaurant). Lovely!

My wife and I stayed here for a week. We loved this place. Everything about it was top notch. It is an older property but has been very well maintained. The rooms and bathrooms are large and comfortable. The food is very good. The beach and pool are great. We will definitely return.

I have stayed at the Mauna Lani three times now. I love this place but I used to love it more. One of the reasons I loved this hotel is that I don't feel like I am being charged for all the extras. That is no longer the case. On my most recent visit in March 2017, I found that...
