We stayed in the court yard accommodation . Apart from a hiccup with the heating on the first night the whole of the stay was excellent . William could not do enough to make sure our stay went smoothly . Breakfast was served in our rooms . The food was excellent ( home made bread ) and plentiful.

Great breakfasts, a very nice place to stay. Cottage dates back to 1604 and is a good base for Lincoln, Woodhall Spa and Coningsby. Owners have two well behaved poodles too. Village pub does good food and Timothy Taylors award winning beers. I was golfing and weather this September was superb.

The deal was Bed and Breakfast the latter which was brought directly to our own dining area in the cottage with a...

This was such a lucky pick -and quite delightful. A lovely old cottage, and we had a separate lounge and shower room and then a quaint bedroom up windy stairs that was low beams and very quirky. William and Mandy made us so welcome, pot of tea when we arrived. The garden was lovely and we just stepped out of...

Rose cottage is lovely and cosy. The breakfasts set us up for the day and the host, William, kindly had the coal fire going ready for when we got back in the evening. Perfect base for what we needed as we had a Lanaster bomber experience at East Kirkby airfield booked during the stay. Good range of restaurants in neighbouring...

Thank you for your comments. Firstly, you did not stay with us as stated at the foot of your review and never have. According to my records, you had already made the booking, then emailed us a question regarding the suitability of pets. We did reply, confirming pets are most welcome at Rose Cottage and suggested our Courtyard Room was...
