This post is from a traveler who recomended your resort to everyone but dissaponted in december, 2019 tour. I had visited Lotus Sutra/ Namyo guest house many times. 1st time during office tour I visited your elevated restaurant & though I will came here next time. 2nd time I booked your resort came with my parents & sister in october 2015. 3rd time I came solo & booked a single room in december 2016. And 4th time in december 2019 I came to your resort with my wife & had the worst experience of my life regarding hotel booking. This time you bifurcated Lotus sutra. The guest house where I used to stay is now Namyo Guest house. While other tourists were getting room for 5-7 minutes we waited for 45 minutes. One of the hotel boy came & told your manager - " someone(may be another hotel boy) is missing with the keys".... Your manager then talked with the boy with some indication. You just shifted me to the building, 1st floor of namyo hosted. I was shocked coz I used to stay in guest house building. The room where your managers shifted us was not in a condition for living. Dirty room, No light in the bathroom. even only one mug, I didn't know was it for taking bath or for toilet????!!!! I went to reception twice with the complains & even I told that you have shifted me to another building, I knew coz I visited many times. But they didn't bother, they spoke lies even looking at eyes. There one 2 managers & the senoir one don't know how to behave with a customer. Even after complains no one came in 1 & half hour to solve our problem. Then I was forced to call goibibo for changing hotel. They told that owner is on the ways, coming withing half an hour but I didn't stay coz we were exhausted after long journey. Me & my wife didn't took shower or use toilet coz it was dirty, we didn't had food from morning. We through we will relax after reaching hotel but your managers disappointed too much. Specially the senior one. Sometime I felt I was treated like this coz I am Indian. Senior manager were very well behaved with foreigners but not that much with Indians. At the time of leaving the manager (junior) came & requested that the owner want to talk with me but your managers lied too much that you booked namyo hosted not namyo guest house. All the rroms are ac in gueat house..... Bla bla..... I knew all the rooms are not ac coz I stayed there many times..... I left your hotel with full of disappoinment. I didn't face this kind of situation in my entire life which I faced in your hotel. From 2015 I recommend your resort/hotel all of my family members, friends, office colleagues. Even in this 2019 trip when I posted a pic on fb, one of my colleage who work in L&T commented that - is it hotel lotus (lotus sutra)???? I have given pic, gou can see. Even I am one of top reviewer in Google maps who recieve peks from google. My last review was 5 star but this time 1 star only because of the last booking, your managers tried to fool me. I got very less leave from my office & the vacation is precious coz we only had those 4 days to enjoy but half day was ruined by your staff. I was busy with office, so unable to edit review but now during lockdown I have time to tell people what I faced. I will never visit either lotus or namyo. I hope you & your hotel/resort do well in future. Just make your managers well behaved & don't try to make customer fool by shifting them to another building. My stay ends today as I have observed and reported to the reception about how the owner comes and makes the peaceful place like namyo into an place for his leisure and entertainment. He has a bunch of so called volunteers staying there and he comes there at least 2/3 days a week after midnight hours and starts loud music. I wanted to stay longer but just because of this owner named Sanjey I had to find a place where people who pay money are respected.

Namyo guesthouse/hostel guarantees guests a pleasant stay whether in Goa for business or pleasure the property offers easy access to the city's must- see destination. This property also has one of the best rated location in Arambol.
