Boa Vida is a magical getaway. There is so much to say about this place and the surrounding area. The accommodation is comfortable and has amazing views of the ocean and beach and the nights sky. The food is really delicious and healthy and they will cater to your dietary needs. The service is amazing and everyone is really friendly and attentive. There’s a beach right at the footsteps to jump right in. There are tons of activities like surfing, kayaking thru mangrove forests, diving and snorkeling. And Carla is such an amazing host. She made me feel really comfortable and helped plan every single day with me. She helps you rent a scooter and so you can explore the island and check out different shops and restaurants in Nemberala, the nearby town. The best part was meeting the other guests and sharing meals and conversations together. It feels very cozy. It was one of the most amazing trips I’ve ever had. So, whether you’re traveling solo or with someone or some friends it’s a must-go place to visit.

Boa Vida Rote is an intimate corner of Paradise. The houses bring you so close to nature and falling asleep hearing the waves against the rocks, after having contemplated the milky way, is just priceless. The staff is very caring and make you feel at home. If you are a sunrise and sunset lover you might spend time meditating from the bench facing the horizon. Last but not least, the food is delicious, fresh and made with love. I sincerely wish to everybody a stay at Boa Vida Rote at least once in a lifetime.

It was absolutely perfect! The place, the room, the food, the beach and the energies... definitely changed my life! We were 3 days only enjoying sunrises, sunsets and slow life. Even it is difficult to get to the island, it is because it´s a paradise...really worth it. Food is local and healthy, and you can have pilates/yoga classes, massages, meditation. Friendly staff and owner.

After a fantastic stay last year we decided to come back to Boa Vida Rote this year for a few days and once again it was fantastic. My fiance enjoyed some lovely massages whilst I fished off the rocks. Walking along the beach (at night and star gazing) is great fun and there are tons of other activities available. The food is delicious!
