I visited the hotel in September last year with my partner. We loved the pools and there were so many sun loungers free that we didn't feel crammed in with the other guests. Helpful staff and very good bars. The location was close to the beaches, we got cabs everywhere but they're so cheap. The downside was that I'm vegetarian and...

Spent a lovely 10 days here with beautiful weather on a fully inclusive deal. Situated in a quiet place; with well maintained garden. Our room was on the first floor which had a nice balcony overlooking the well maintained garden. The bathroom was a decent size with a good shower over the bath. The bedroom had plenty of hanging space...

The Piano bar in the all inclusive part of the hotel is a shambles, long queues and very poor service. My husband complained but to be honest was a waste of time. Best go the other part of the hotel which you can use, no queues and pleasant staff, clearly a better service as most customers are paying guests. No...

This hotel is good value for money and the food is reasonable but the staff are very rude. The receptionist was rude on our arrival and the staff in the bars are rude too. My 17 year old son went to order a soft drink and the barman said no I'm not serving you I'm busy. The bar was virtually...

Having been before, I can only say just one bad thing about the whole holiday, upon arrival the 27 guests formed a orderly queue at reception but the API German reps took their guests directly to the front, the Thomson rep was told if this but did nothing, others also complained but it seemed they were being given privileged treatment...

My husband &myself visited Princess Tabiba hotel last week. The hotel has an amazing landscape with beautiful mature garden. The food is basic but fresh. The sandy pool side is the best thing in the hotel. It's the first 4 star hotel that you still pay for a WIFI!!

This is the second time we have visited this hotel having first visited for Christmas 2014. The welcome received upon arrival from reception staff to the helpful and efficient restaurant staff did not fail to impress. The bar staff were friendly and more than happy to assist. A particular mention must be made to Alfonso who assisted with swapping us...

Had a lovely week, everything nice, only complaint no sugar free desserts or ice cream, disappointing for a diabetic, also not many sugar free drink options. Lovely hotel, staff really nice, food great. Would go again.
