Very basic room, if you wanted anything you had to hire it! Out dated but kept clean, I didn't pay much for my holiday so overall it was a great deal. I would stay there again. It has a supermarket right by complex and a taxi rank round the corner, lots of things to do near by

We paid a budget price to stay on a beautiful island and had perfectly adequate, if not better than expected accomodation. The staff were great, laughed with me at my crap spanish and seemed genuinely pleased we were there. Breakfast choice was limited to full english or continental but i asked for a bespoke breakfast and got what i wanted....

The extremely poor quality amenities of the hotel were bad enough - only to be eclipsed by the even worse customer service delivered by the staff members. Here are the facts of my experience: multiple pubic hairs were found inside our apartment all over the floor. The electricity supply tripped out EVERY MORNING when trying to cook on the hob-...

Absolutely disgracefull staff. Pleasant on arrival then your crappie to them including restaurant on site management. Food poor and tasteless. Certainly not British friendly and yet have union jacks all over.self catering no expected appliances like kettle or microwave or toaster or oven. Never again. Homophones as well as snagging off English and Scottish. No entertainment either unless travelling to...

We have stayed in this place March 10 days B&B. Bungalows are very basic, you need to pay extra for everything (fan, tv, toaster ect) Breakfast was the same every day, boring. Far from everything. Beach/Maspalomas town centre not reachable by foot. Very dated. Pluses: restaurant on site, small groceries shop, pool, inernet access form bungalow lobby pc's (payable), near...

A fair review from a seasoned traveller. Booked the accomodation via on the beach and flew out Ryanair. Arrival and check in was smooth all be it a stern welcome (not your typical British smile!) My room was next to the main road, the fence was screened so I didn't have a view and it wasn't that noisey. Yes the...

Where do I start... Cockroaches in every room of the bungalow, which made themselves right at home in the 'stained' and 'grotty' fridge. Also, found their living arrangement quite comfortable in our bed sheets and clothes; gross!!! The shower and toilet were both disgusting - toilet roll nowhere to be seen, hardly cleaned 👿. The sink was stained beyond all...

Capri Bungalows are nicely located, half way between Plays Des Ingles and Maspalomas beach. The bungalow is n ice and has most of what you want for a comfortable stay. It is a bit dated but clean and plenty of space. Had to rent a kettle which should be a standard item in a self catering bungalow ! Have to...

Would not stay here ever ever again. Bed linen had holes in them, plug sockets hanging off, shower didn't work, tv has one channel in English so not worth using. There wasn't enough utensils in the kitchen to cook and you had to hire stuff you would normally expect to be in self catering accommodation. Cats all over the place....
