Nice hotel, nice bartenders, the view is great. The food is ok. Everything is clean. First time in all exclusive and I am not disappointed. You can eat and drink all day long, much more than necessary! There is a musical show every night at 9.30!
This July I spent 7 nights in H10 Meloneras with my family and it was amaizing stay for us. Everything was perfect from the moment we checked-in till the check-out time. Beautiful environment with Goudi's touch, high level of provided services, amaizing food for lanch and dinner, infinity pool with ocean view (my favorite 😃)... I apsolutely love everything about this hotel, but I think that the bigiest value is it's staff. They litteraly spoiled us and made us fill like at home❤. All we wanted is to have relexed holiday after the year of lockdownds and we got the best stay ever, life memories and dream about coming back😍!
Spent a week here, couldn’t fault in any way; great facilities, fantastic staff and food was probably some of the best AL. Plenty of options for walking around the area and also took the opportunity to rent bikes for a day, very good value and let us head a little further afield. The bedroom felt a little dated however spotlessly clean and included all the room facilities we needed. All in all, would thoroughly recommend and look forward to visiting again
We have visited this hotel numerous times over the years but our last trip was pre pandemic. We were not disappointed and as ever the staff were amazing, friendly and always helpful and we enjoyed our privilege package. There were a couple of points that could have improved things for us and that was a more healthy lunch menu, with some snack based options. Secondly I really don’t like to criticise because the staff work hard to keep the complex spotlessly clean but the standard of our room cleaning could have been better, and indeed when we moved our cases to pack the dirt of the room had been swept under the case. The floor on some days was dirty and I don’t believe our sheets were changed the whole time we were there, the pillow slips were certainly not. And indeed on the day before departure the room smelled as if it had been cleaned something we never noticed on previous days. Would we return absolutely as we love the facilities.…
Short and sweet: This was one of the best holidays we have ever had. 'Nuf said. We have been there three times over the last 10 years. Every year it is the same conundrum - do we go somewhere new, or somewhere we liked previously. We will go back to their H10 hotel again !
First of all, hotel accommodation is a very subjective thing, people have different ideas of what they want or expect from a hotel, ranging between a corporate type hotel to a boutique hotel. People look for different facilities, amenities and what they expect or require the room to provide. Research is therefore important. This must have been our tenth visit to H10. We always book Privilege and all inclusive. We arrived on an early morning flight and Joas on reception was so accommodating and helpful in checking us in he even ensured the room was ready for us. All the staff are so friendly and accommodating. Many knew our names and it really did feel home from home. The restaurants were of all of a high standard serving good high quality food. Our thanks to Nicolette, Africa and Ana in the Gaudi and Samira and her staff in the Brassiere, and the lovely Segio in the Naturalia. The rooms and grounds are kept so clean and tidy. The pools are well maintained and serviced. Some say the rooms look tired but like all of us hotels work to an annual budget or say a five year plan. There always plenty of sun beds, loungers and umbrellas available even in full occupancy. They have both a saxophone player playing both inside and outside, the great Charlie Paz who has some good arrangements of both modern music and classics, and Stefano who plays piano to a professional standard in the piano bar most nights. Regarding the “loud music” at weekends on the beachfront area, the hotel I know is doing all it can but the Spanish legal system is very, very slow. In any event, most people don’t hear it and it only effects a small number of rooms. Maybe we are fortunate in that we have been to so many Led Zeppelin type concerts and loud discos in our younger years we never hear the music from that distance anyway!! There are shops and restaurants within a short walking distance or a five minute cab ride. This H10 has all we need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday and would recommend it to people of all ages. They really try to make your holiday holiday enjoyable.…
Stayed in a Privilege Room AI for 2 weeks in March, returning home just before Easter. This wasn't a cheap holiday and havig had a very bad experience at another H10 hotel in November we were slightly worried before travelling. We needn't have been. This truly was a 5* experience. The only issue we had was that we never seemed to get our minibar refilled (supposed to be done every 2 days) and always had to ask for t to be done. Fair to say that it was always done when we asked. Apart from that everything was truly excellent and staff were so helpful and attentive. Pools were just about warm enough for a wimp to use (they are heated!) and bar and restaurant service was unfailingly excellent. We will return for sure in 2023 and hopefully for 3 weeks next time. Just got to review the holiday budget first!…
Staying there for the third time, we were even this time so satisfied with everything. The staff is really friendly and provide excellent service. The food is varied and really interesting for a buffel. We though recommend several meals at the Naturalia restaurang for lunch and The Brasserie for dinner. Super!! We really recommend staying in a Privilege room at the top floor with all inclusive. The hotell has a very large outside area. You can always easily find your place in the sun. Nighttime entertainment is of a professional standard. I can just say: Go there if you have the possibility! And as an extra : The architecture of the hotell is marvellous- inspired of Gaudi.
We booked the 'Privelege' stay, which was a bit indulgent but nice. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and professional, and every part of the hotel was spotless. All the food was provided to a very high standard. We particularly liked the Gaudi restaurant. The restaurants actually feel like restaurants, and the bars like bars - unlike most All-inclusive hotels, where everything feels like a canteen experience. Live incidental music in the early evening (piano, saxophone) added a touch of class. We didn't watch much of the evening entertainment but what we saw was of good quality and a broad range of performance types. Cons: The rooms are not 5*: pretty average. The 'mini bar' is a bit of a joke. A few bottles of beer and coke don't really constitute a mini bar (replenished every two days!) The biggest Con is the unfortunate presence of a club/rave venue between the hotel and the beach. Without this large structure there would be great views of the bay and beach. However, it is the unbelievable noise generated by the club which ruined Fri/Sat/Sun nights. It's hard to explain just how loud this was, even with the windows closed, and it continued until 3.30 in the morning. I had to complain to a receptionist, who got very defensive, very quickly. Clearly I'm not the first guest to find this intolerable. He said he could complain to the police but they wouldn't do anything...So, the hotel just accepts the complaints each week! We moved rooms to the West wing, which was slightly less noisy. A shame that this really is a blight on an otherwise enjoyable hotel experience.…
Thank you to all the staff at this hotel. I have just returned from a wonderful week.here Friendly helpful clean. food incredible all staff smiley helpful from reception (Joas) who when was not happy with my room ...paid for sea view got a tree view ...single beds and disabled toilet. No kettle but ask, and you will receive Pools are super everywhere spotless. Choice of food out of this world from fish steak roast if you want it . Italian, incredible salads with prawns that were delightful... One word of advice does not try and walk to the market get a taxi; it's dangerous with pathways that disappear 5 euros max worth every penny.
