We have just arrived back from a week’s stay at the Maspolomas Princess Hotel – our fifth visit to Gran Canaria - but our first stay at this hotel. After reading some of the negative reviews (AFTER our booking), I was slightly apprehensive about coming here although we have stayed in two Princess Hotels previously. However, you really have to...

Excellent reception staff. We knew about paying for the WIFI, safe and fridge. Rooms were large, comfortable and very clean. Beds were especially comfortable. Enjoyed the lovely walk into Melonares every day for Italian coffee and lunch. Only minus point was the Butlins dining experience. It was very noisy, long queues to be seated. Most of the waiting staff were...

The hotel is twenty minutes walk from the beach but the walk is lovely by the dry river bed and the nature reserve ,great views and so clean every where. Will go back again .

The TV channels are not great for English speaking people. Sky news, Bbc world news there's only so much news one wants to watch. On second day our room...

It is clean, with gangs of staff working to maintain that level of cleanliness. Checking in was easy, and made pleasant by a nice girl named Minerva. Our room was kept well, but......no tea or coffee, in...
