The whole experience in the hotel was dreadful. The worst hotel I have stayed in for 40 years. Staff were good & friendly but embarrassed by the fact that everything was at extra cost. Examples. Use of empty fridge in bedroom. Use of bedroom safe. Glass of water & all drinks in the restaurant. Outside in the bars I would...

Just returned from a week at this hotel and won't be back. The hotel itself was lovely but let down by the dining room and its staff.More than once they ran out of cups for coffee ,there were no side plates for putting your toast on to butter it.No signs to say on tap wine and juice was only for the...

This hotel we have stayed in twice and have never been disappointed the food is plenty for you to choose from and the staff always very helpful the rooms are kept very clean and they are plenty off space, it's one of those places were you don't mind recommending, or coming back to.

To welcome us as returning guests we were given complimentary fruit and wine in our room. It is worth paying for the wifi which is very reliable and is available throughout the hotel and the grounds. I really like the food and fruit juices at breakfast. At dinner time the bread and the selection of desserts are lovely but some...

Arrived at the hotel on 07/01/17 with my wife for a weeks holiday. The booking in process was very good and straightforward. The room that we were allocated was on the second floor and some distance from reception. The hotel is vast and easy to get lost as it's divided into 2 hotels in the shape of an M and...

Had a week just before Christmas at this lovely hotel. Don't normally go for the bigger hotel but as it was a special 'big' birthday, my husband and I went large! Facilities, room, reception and food all fab. Ideal for those who like a straight road walk to the beach and to the Maspolomas beachfront. Only minor setback was the...

Lovely hotel and family friendly, not that we're here with children! the different pool areas mean that it doesn't feel so crowded. Because this is a big hotel and mealtimes are a bit frantic, to be honest I wish it was a bit smaller. Downsides are the extras you have to pay for - WiFi, fridge, safe these should be...

We came here with friends for new year and we were impressed with the hotel and amenities on arrival. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a varied selection of food and beverages available all of good quality. The above comments pale into insignificance when compared to the New Years Eve Gala Dinner. The kitchen and waiting staff...
