I went here in August 2016 with the family and it's really nice, all rooms and grounds are clean and pools. It's about 5 mins in a taxi from maspolmas beach and front which is really nice and classy, if you require cheaper eat and shops get a taxi to playa del ingels as this is better for your gifts...

We stayed at this hotel 2 years ago and had a wonderful time but OMG what a change in those 2 years. The food quality and variety has gone from fantastic to poor not sure if this is down to mass production due to the all inclusive offer but it appears the hotel have gone for quantity over quality. some...

I always research destinations and hotels before I go somewhere so wasn't surprised about charges for safes, fridges, sunbeds, distance to beach etc. All of these issues are clearly shown in brochures and web sites. We travelled as a family of nine and stayed in three rooms. All the rooms were spotlessly clean and spacious. I was a little disappointed...

Not really lots to write about this hotel it's not brilliant but also not bad. Hotel feels a little tired in places and does not represent the impressive reception . Staff seem good in most places. Credit should go to the Thomson reps, they are excellent, friendly and try to help in whatever way they can. Annoying elements are that...

We have stayed at the Maspalomas Princess twice before over the years & both times loved it, this time however I'm sad to say we could see much room for improvement. We were booked in ourselves on a half...

Booked to stay here on a last minute whim for some winter sunshine. The hotel is very nice, but in need of some TLC in some areas. I upgraded us to a Junior suite and emailed to ask for a room with some afternoon sun on the balcony (which was never acknowledged but we did get what i asked for). The...

Good location with a 15-20 min, pleasant walk to shops and bars etc.. The complex (2 identical hotels) is huge and if you are not good at finding your way you can easily get lost. Finding sunbeds was an issue as they get booked very early in prime positions and there is a lot of shade on the complex which,...
