Had a week here; first week in February 2017. Booked a partial sea view room, which it was, but pushing the definition; 2 feet more on the palm trees and it would have been a garden view. Never mind, the hotel is clean, tidy, spacious, no fighting for sunbeds, the buffet food is varied and good, plenty of pools to...

We really loved our stay at Riu. Lovely clean hotel room, nice and modern. Hotel is so well kept, lovely gardens and pool area. Meals were excellent, preferred the Spanish themed restaurant to the Krystal fusion one. Evening entertainment wasn't bad. I would only criticise the price of the wines in the restaurant which were more expensive than I'd have...

We were greeted by a very welcoming reception, and give a welcome drink. room was clean and spacious, Very close to locals resturants, cafe's and shops. Food was excellent, although I was slightly disapointed in the Krysal resturant in hotel as very little atmosphere, no music and felt rushed. but buffet food was first class, so no need to go...

This hotel exceeded all expectations. Having read the many positive reviews we decided to try this hotel for our first visit to Gran Canaria. Everything about the hotel was just about perfect. Lovely grounds, comfortable and spotlessly clean room, friendly staff and great location. Oh, and wonderful food in all the restaurants. We would certainly consider returning although we are...

We have stayed at the Riu Palace Tenerife many times but thought we have a change and try this sister hotel . The Reception area is splendid and the rooms exactly the same as in Tenerife so very good. The grounds and polls are excellent too. However, the dining arrangements are awful and inadequate with queues for tables at times....

Just returned from a week in the beautiful Riu Palace. From the minute we arrived we were greeted by very friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Carlos at reception and the men who work at the pool deserve a special mention for their kindness. The room we had was spectacular overlooking the hotel grounds and ocean....

Now our 4th visit to this fabulous hotel and already booked again for later in the year. Meloneras has more 4 and 5 star hotels than anywhere else on Gran Canaria I believe and this must be right at the top end. The food is very good, high quality and varied (we even had sushi one night). I Notice this...

Definitely not a Winter hotel, all open bars etc. Not great for cold Jan/Feb evenings. Most residents sat in ski jackets they had worn over. No indoor facilities to sit in. Foyer and corridor to room wind tunnels

We were greeted by very efficient and friendly staff who were very helpful with our check in, my wife and I had a ground floor "garden room" close to one of the five pools. And the main building which for me being somewhat disabled was perfect. The remainder of our time we found the Hotel to be spotless and ALL...
