Location was quite OK, the staff was very polite, friendly, but.... We were not expecting luxury but this is really basic! The apartment was last time painted years ago, the furniture is outdatet, the apartment it self is very neglected. We had just one pot and a small pan for cooking, the kettle and the toaster were so dirty that I wouldn't use it in any case. In 9 days they didn't change our bad sheets and for towels we had to ask for change even though they had a notification at the reception this is changed once a week. When you or someone from the apartment next door flush the toilet there is a loud bang (imagine that during the night) and the walls are so thick you can hear the normal talking.

we got this hotel first time visited more than 30 times in gran canaria hotel price was reasonable and comparing to service and hotels quiet high level better than we expected what we felt good was that ther were no other hotel guest upstairs because every room has two floors upstairs was bedroom with nice beds and toilet bathroom downstairs living room and kitchen and tv hotel has three sides around the pool service of staff ok and always smiling faces if we go to maspalomas this hotel is one in our list goog hotel also families because hotel outside the street traffic

We enjoyed our stay at these apartments. Mostly populated by Scandinavians when we were there, so very quiet. The staff were very helpful, especially Alejandro who speaks excellent English, but was prepared to put up with my weak Spanish.Yes, the apartments are fairly basis, but they contain everything you need for a week long stay and are clean and quite spacious. The beds do creak a bit but comfy enough. We had regular bedding and towel change. A longish hike to the beach, along a dried river bed, but there is a very nice park nearby with a great cafe and a good view to the mountains. The local (smallish but very well stocked) supermarket is very close and handy. Local buses make it easy to get around and taxis are cheap and plentiful. We would recommend walking up the hill to San Fernando (just past the market) where there are good restaurants and a fantastic big supermarket. much less touristy and feels very Spanish.…

dropped off alone 2 streets away at 10-30 pm after asking 2 separate people found the hotel up a cul de sac when i got there the gates were locked and the place was in darkness there was a bell that said emergency so i pressed it 4 to 5 times no response i googled the hotel phone number and rang that i could here it ringing so realised i was stuck until the morning then a man walked round and said he would get his keys opened gate said the same thing happened to him but the person in charge lives on site showed me where i pressed buzzer a woman came out shoved some keys at me and said i must go to reception in the morning to check in i walked around in the dark and found my apartment the are pretty basic miles from anywhere when i was leaving i mentioned my pick up was at 6pm and could i keep the room on he said they were to full and he wanted me out by 12 but could keep the suitcase there i asked if there was somewhere to change and clean up no i could just leave the suitcase he said i will just have to wander about for 6 hours horrible place horrible area horrible people ,luckily i know gran canaria and its a great place just don't stay there…

Attractive designed houses suitable for a couple in comfort and a third person at squeeze. The welcome from the reception was nice although we arrived at midday we had to wait until about 2 for housekeeping to finish our house. The pool bar has a selection of light bites and salads and there is wine and beer, spirits etc. A basic shop which is expensive. The houses are fairly tired and in need of investment. It is basic accommodation which was is good value if you get a good rate. Our house, number 32 was alongside an extremely busy motorway and it was very noisy. The decor is tired, the furniture is tired, the kitchen is basic- 2 electric rings, a fridge freezer. Doors all lopsided and the basic of the basics of cooking utensils. We had an outbreak of storm flies and ants. The bedroom is sparse- prison style beds, metal frames with ply board and terrible pillows. Dirty and lumpy. No ambient lighting at all, just harsh low energy bulbs. The light fittings are full of dead insects. The beds were creaky too! The bathroom is tired but was clean. The location is good if you have a car- taxis are cheap though. 45 minutes walk to the beach. There is a Spar around the corner and the market is 5 minutes away. We did have a lot of sun though and this has the potential to be a much nicer place. Budget accommodation with good service. …

We stayed 11-24 october, two couples in two apartments, facility was clean, staff were always helpful and happy, there were enough sunbeds always, even weekends, pool area was cleaned daily. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed, there was a private balcony in the back, where you can dry your loundry. We had a rental car and there were plenty of free parking spaces, even if you dont rent a car, you can walk to the market or get a taxi to the beach or jumbo (4-5€). If we go back to Gran Canaria, we would definetly book sun's garden's, because the price is good and we loved the beautiful and comfortable facility and lovely stuff!

arrived wed after noon and was not expecting much received a warm welcome from manager and staff this is a quiet location close to play park we found accommodation served its purpose was clean and serves well as a base for exploring the area,nice pool, small shop on site with a bar and refreshments served, loved the quiet laid back feel to it nothing nicer that quiet drinks on our own terrace over looking the pool, plenty of taxis as this is mid way between the beach at maspolomas and the yumbo center.

After Reading some negative reviews I was really worried about staying here, however upon arriving my worries disappeared Check in was easy and quick Alex the Manager was extremely pleasant and helpful a really nice chap , the pool area is clean and yes there is a fence around the Swimming Pool which I personally liked as it stopped balls from the swimming pool hitting guests sunbathing The apartment from the outside are lovely however inside could do with upgrading and definitely require a handrail on the stairs. We had clean towels every other day and the bedding was changed once during our weeks stay and the Cleaners came every day to clean the apartment In my Opinion the only negative is its location as it's a good 40 minute walk to the beach or Meloranos or Playa Ingles

We had a lovely holiday and the little houses are lovely if a bit tired. For some reason there is a fence around the pool with a little gate. It was very quiet at first but over the May Day bank holiday a children's football tournament was held nearby and we were swamped with Spanish families - which is fine, not a problem except that they are so noisy up until 1 or 2 am every night on their front terraces playing music and allowing their children to tear around the whole place as if it was the afternoon. We couldn't sleep. They were very inconsiderate but there is no one on site to stop them. there is a small bar and snack bar but it was very poor and over priced. The apartments are a long long way from the beach, at least a 40 minutes walk but taxis are very cheap, only £3.50 to go to the beach or Playa Del Ingles. No restaurants or bars nearby so had to go to Playa Del Ingles or Maspalomas Playa every night for food. There is a tiny supermarket in the complex which has essentials but there is a very good Spar about 2 minutes away which provides everything you need. Saying all this we did have a very nice holiday and it was very reasonable but I don't think I'd stay there again.…

Far frome the beach. We took a taxi every day. Next time we are going to stay more close to the beach and restaurants. Nearly all the guest was Spanish, so difficult to speak together.The place was very quiet it's ok.
