It is eay to find the hotel close to the lake, the hotel has a parking infront of the hotel to the road. You need to get a free ticket at the front desk. It has a SPA in lower floor. Resturant on the groundfloor. The rooms are large with a great bed, double. Not so many channels on the...

Thank you for a great review. I apologise for Housekeeping not coming back to you with the question: when would you like to have your room cleaned? Seeing you didn´t take down the "do nor disturb" sign during the whole day, they did not want to call you on the phone. Kind regards

We stayed here for a weekend due to participation in the "Ultravasan" run. Hotel has an ideal location, in the middle of the city centre. Our room was facing the main street but was quiet at night. Our room was basic, but furniture and bed seemed new. Room really hot during night, even though we had our window open. Bathroom...

You had booked our cheapest and most basic room for your stay during the UltraVasa run. Next time, book a Premier room, if you are looking for "a super elegant and exclusive room". We also have Superior rooms and Business rooms (which al are 50% larger than our Standard rooms), with sofas, mini-bar, newly refurbished bathrooms, Continental style beds etc....

This hotel has comfortable public spaces, and while it is old fashioned, we liked its style and its restaurant. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good. Spa services are available, but we did not partake. The four-star review is for able bodied guests only. Although booking.com mentions facilities for disabled guests, se did not see any.

We thought this was going to be a comfortable stay for our family of four. Sadly, we couldn't wait to get out on our departure morning. We stayed in a family room, which included a separate room with a bunk bed for our kids. Truthfully, our kids were put off by their room. There were used toys all over the...

Dear guest, You choose to stay in one of our most sought after Family rooms with a separate playroom/kids bedroom. All toys and fancy dress clothes for children are washed on a regular basis and all toys are kept in boxes or on shelves. The pool is open from 09:00 in the morning to 10:00 in the evening, which is...

This hotel reflects the town i.e. in need of refurbishment. The room we had was without a/c (I don't think there's any in the hotel) and was too hot even with a fan running & the window open making it difficult to sleep. Breakfast is okay but at busy times lacks enough seating. We ate in the restaurant in the...

Dear guest, There are no hotels in Sweden, outside the main cities, that have AC. Houses in Sweden are built to keep out the cold weather in winter not for the occasional hot day. You choose to visit Mora at a time when every hotel in the hole of this region has a 100% occupancy rate. This means that not...

My wife and I checked in Friday afternoon and checked out Monday morning. First, the journey: 1) From T-centralen to Mora. We travelled first class because it’s a much better experience – choice of reserved seats, more space, fewer people, more room at floor level for your cases. And, if you time your ticket purchase right, it doesn’t cost that...

Hotel seems oldfashioned but that depends on the room you get. Overal clean (my bathroom was not, but the reception fixed that very quickly) and cozy. Breakfast has plenty options. Only downside is the heat that hangs in the rooms after a hot day.

This is supposed to be a four star hotel. The pre-booked room we were given was tiny and sparsely furnished. It was on the top floor and had a slanted ceiling. The small window was high up on the wall and difficult to reach. The view: the backyard. Worse: about 5 meters along on the roof ended an exhaust pipe...

Dear Guest, I am extreamly pleased to hear that my staff did everything possible to please you. Even though the hotel was fully booked they managed to move around several other guests so that you could have an other room, a larger and more expensive room, than the one you had booked which was our Budget category. Yours sincerely

We spent two nights at the Mora Hotel & Spa in July 2016. The hotel dates back to 1830, and is very nice. The rooms we had were nicely sized with a queen size bed and private bathroom. There is no air conditioning in the rooms, but they do provide a fan. We did not have a problem in July...

Lake Siljan in Sweden's Dalarne region is just outside Mora Hotel's windows. The view is charming and the hotel itself is pleasant with a good restaurant. The breakfast is impressive. The hotel has a long history, but the rooms - at least the one I had - had modern furniture and a somewhat dated bathroom.
