We booked two double rooms for a long weekend. Was great to have parking - it comes before the hotel on the one-way system. Check-in was super easy with lovely staff greeting us. Rooms are great - v comfy and huge beds (room 103 anyhow!) and even though the room was next to the road saw very quiet. Bathroom a good size - the shower takes a minute to get to right temperature but lots of hot water so no problem there. Breakfast was simple but adequate and overall the place is great to stay. We had lovely views in the morning and evening. An easy walk into town. Ask staff to recommend restaurants.

The location is one of the best, if not the best of Leiria, the breakfast despite being the same everyday is good since it is offered something tasty to eat before leaving to explore the city. Staff were always friendly. The Hotel has two problems, the first is the air-conditioning, located right above the bed; and the second is the bathroom, the shower takes a long time to warm up and the box is not completely fenced, wetting the whole floor.

Had an amazing experience at this hotel. Very close from historical center, breakfast with everything you need, pleasant ambient and the price was really good. You have plenty space inside the room with a desk and a nice bed. I had only one problem with the shower, but I saw that they are remodelating the rooms two at a time. Not that the holtel is old, but they are worried to keep everything working and updated.

Hotel is located a 10 minute stroll across the river from the historic centre on the main road from the east. Despite this, our functionally furnished room was quiet and provided a view over the urban landscape and its mixture of buildings and styles. Breakfast provided an adequate range of breads, pastries, cakes and fruit. The feature of this hotel was the friendly, cheerful and efficient staff on reception who dealt with requests and queries with good humour. Underground parking is available.

The room was stark, minimally furnished, but clean and quiet. Staff are friendly. A very basic, bare bones Portuguese style buffet is offered for breakfast. The hotel is well located, a very short walk from the centre of town. However if arriving by bus the walk is uphill, so take a taxi for four euros, instead of hauling your luggage behind you. (The train station is located outside of town.) For the money, there is nothing really to complain about this hotel. It's neither more nor less than you usually get outside of the major cities of Portugal for this money.
