I was in a single tiny room with a single bed which cost 75euros per night. Way overpriced, as doubles which are more than twice as big are 85euros. I have written to the hotel to complain about the cost. The breakfast was fine but nothing special. The internet was terrible in the room, which is bad for a business hotel. The staff however were wonderful & very helpful.

Very odd decoration and furnishings but slightly better than it looked on the website Breakfast not bad for Italian hotel WiFi was frustrating and couldn’t always rely on it. Very bad signal at times, which was a problem as I was here on business Next time I would prefer to be more in the centre of town

We stayed here for 5 nights. The staff were friendly enough especially the manager but most things in our room didn't work. Tiny TV with programs at sketchy hours and little English. Fridge didn't work. Air conditioning barely cooled it down. Outside temperatures high 80's to mid 90's. Wi fi hardly worked. Nice breakfast buffet.

This is an amazing hotel in a lot of ways. The rooms are attractive, spacious and clean. The breakfast is ample. Antonio is a tireless advocate for your comfort and well-being. I was here on business and I needed to be able to work in the evenings. Because the internet connection was so weak, I was unable to work in my room and had to sit in a rather uninviting lobby to access what little connection there was. The manager ended up giving me her password to her office network, but this should not be necessary, in a hotel that advertises itself as a business hotel. It was quite inconvenient to have to work in the lobby without silence and privacy. This one thing overshadowed my stay at this otherwise wonderful hotel.

Spent three nights here in May with my sister-in-law while visiting my son. We found our room to be everything we needed and very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We especially liked the location because it was so close to the city center and we could walk anywhere we needed to go. The receptionist recommended an excellent restaurant that was just across the street, and there happens to be a supermarket nearby as well. I would definitely recommend the Hotel Michelangelo.

If you don't have to be in the city center. That's the hotel for close to restaurants, pharmacy a cross the street, close to the city center in 7-10 min. walking Small breakfast hall with kind service, free fruits and beverages 24/7 in the reception area, free Wi-Fi and good working, good service staff, the maintenance need small improvements, daily cleaning good. Recommended for business and traveling overnight.

As said: very nice service - 10 min walk from the center. Some good restaurants close by. Rooms are ok, large and good bed. Bathrooms needs some upgrade. My room had a very bad shower-head: nearly no water. Breakfast is sufficient. Wifi connection is rather dissapointed in the hotel.

One would perhaps expect more of a 4-star, e.g. more toiletries, stronger and more stable Wi-Fi signal, richer and more varied breakfast. On the other hand, the staff was absolutely friendly and very helpful - in fact recommended 2 fantastic restaurants in the area. The overall experience was very pleasant, authentic Italian home feeling, typical of that area of the country.
