Ok.. So we were on our bikes, looked a little well, in need of a drink on the terrace however sternly told all patio tables reserved. Nice location though.! These places should not judge a book by its cover comes to mind. No one came to the " reserved tables"

Dear Mark, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were not able to get a table on our terrace. Especially on weekends in the summer we have couples celebrating their weddings in our hotel or other celebrations. Therefore they book the whole terrace for their reception. That might be the reason all the tables were...

Stayed at this hotel over the weekend and it felt like 2 weeks. Everything including service was so slow. The bar was most of the time unattended. Hotel is seriously stuck in the 80's. Don't quite know how they generate enough business to keep going as there were few guests and generally a dull atmosphere. I wondered around the area...

We stayed 3 nights in a deluxe double room in May 2016. Our room was spacious with a king size bed and a dressing table plus in a separate room where there was a three piece suite, desk and wardrobe. The bathroom had both a good size bath and separate shower. It had views over the nearby village and countryside....

This is a lovely quiet hotel well outside Dusseldorf. The rooms are large and well appointed albeit a little dated. The restaurant is excellent, though expensive. There is really nothing around the hotel. If you do not have a car, you have only a few options to get into the city of Dusseldorf. The service is excellent and efficient.

Dear Guest, thank you very much for taking the time to communicate your feed-back. We are indeed further away from the city center and from Düsseldorf which makes it a bit difficult to get from place to another without a car. But we are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the food in our restaurant and our service. Hoping to...

We went to the restaurant and asked to eat in the “Orangerie” – which was still open – as we did not want to disturb the other guests with our two children. Now the location is wonderful, well kept and the food is outstanding. I am just writing this because I think that it is a shame that a few...

Very clean and well presented hotel set on the Rhein. Check-in and check-out was very smooth and efficient. The rooms are very nice and large, comfy beds and nice bathroom. Free wifi is fast and there are free mini bar drinks. Breakfast is nice with a good selection to choose from both hot and continental.

My friend was celebrating his wedding at Meerbusch, where we spent due to this 2 nights. He had organised for us guests a good wedding guest discount on a double room. Unfortunately, I had already booked our double for full price, when he informed about the discount, which caused me to send an email to ask to get the booking...

I frequently stay in this nice hotel, located directly at the banks of River Rhine. You should always take the ferry from Duesseldorf-Kaiserswerth to the other side of the river, the ferry shuttles back and forth every 5 minutes during daytime--it is much faster and cheaper than taking the motorway from Duesseldorf. The hotel rooms are rather small (although, there...

Stayed here a couple of times during late autum 2014. In my opinion it is a quite charming hotel located by the Rhine river. The rooms aren't very large however spacious enough for business trips. Breakfast was more than sufficient in terms of quality and variety and the restaurant has a large patio outside which is very nice to make...

New experience in Düsseldorf at a hotel with very kind atmosphere. Beautifully situated by the river Rhein. The restaurant was much better than expected so I dined all 3 days stay. The hotel desk had a very good feeling to help people. From lunch boxes to ordering taxis etc.
