Detailed Reviews
We were fortunate to be able to shift a week of holiday with Belambra due to family illness, and spent a week here in late August as a family of 2A + 2C. We chose to self cater.
PROS: Close to beautiful patrolled and surf beaches. Within an hour of San Sebastian. Nice local towns - Biarritz, Capbreton... Lovely big pool. WiFi in public areas can be picked up by some. Good value - you get what you pay for. The weather. Administration's flexibility when needing to change dates. The little cafe nearby (Little Cove Cafe) run by a lovely young surfer who makes great coffee (including by Melbournian standards!).
CONS: Rates include kids club, but I was told on checking in that they are in French so our English speaking children might not get anything out of them... so we didn't bother. Self clean on departure of $50Euro cleaning fee - takes the holiday out of a holiday when we didn't realise that this was the case. Smoking in the playground... actually, smoking everywhere but in rooms. Shower was awful - hot/cold/hot/cold constantly, indeed dangerous for children. Parking: at peak times hard to find a spot!
My expectations were probably a little high to start with, and hence my disappointment with the accommodation.
I loved the region, the beach, the weather, the local food and attractions... and I suspect would have enjoyed Belambra more if any of us spoke any French (English, Danish, Italian, German & Chinese or varying fluency were of no real value).
I probably wouldn't book again, knowing that with the benefit of hindsight we would have been happier camping, but was thankful that we got the holiday we needed and access to great beaches and Basque food.

We have stayed in a hotel room (privilege 4/5 pers - Demi Pension) for the first week of july 2012. We had a nice room with a view on the central pool area. We were satisfied with the service and the quality of food for the breakfasts and dinners. The kids enjoyed the activities of "Leo", like the Boom Boom disco and the puppet show. Since the vacations in France were not yet started, the hotel and the Seignosse city were rather calm. We had good weather (mostly sunny and temperatures of 20-22 °C). We had enjoyed the beautiful atlantic ocean (walk of 10 minutes from the hotel), the cities Dax, Biarritz, zoo of Labenne, San Sebastian, ...
We enjoyed our vacation although we were afraid because of some negative reviews on this site.

We had the great idea to book a week here, Seignosee area it's really nice if you like to surf. We arrived at 10am, the lady at the counter told us that our room was not ready... It was fine, we came back at 3 and still nothing and everything will be ok but the lady told us with a critical accent "Your room is not ready, it's saturday in the middle of july it's not possible you will have to wait until we call you" Really? what about "I'm so sorry we are doing all what we can"?? They showed their lack of professionalism. 1 day lost... arriving at 10 and they finally gave us the room at almost 6:00pm (they never called us as the lady said) Rooms are ok I liked a lot the activities they have for kids and teens. Food, Do not get full pension here you will be disappointed, food is taste less and I assume the dishwasher was broken because in the morning you wanted a coffee and the cups were having stains from chocolate drink that didn't get clean. There's no internet so if you are planing to go plan all the places you want to go before you leave because here they only have Internet packages but this ones also doesn't really work properly we bought the package and almost 3 days with no internet that we actually paid we had to go to the reception area because we couldn't connect from our room. Parking spots are limited you will have to drive around with your car because there are not enough parking spaces near, you will have to search on the other side of the street. I saw a few cars parked on the disable parking area that definitely they didn't need it . I hope not all Belambra clubs are the same as this one but still I don't think I would book a vacation at any Belambra club with the experiences we had.

We spent 10 days at Les Tuquets campsite, and unfortunately our experience was disappointing, especially in terms of value for money. For such a high price, we expected a much better service.
**Pros:**
- Close to the beach (5 minutes walk)
- Rosé and red wine at will with meals
- Excellent entertainment and shows, friendly and welcoming team (including cooks and hospitality staff)
- Numerous activities for families to freely enjoy its time
- Presence of a vacuum cleaner and mini fridge in the room
- Hammam and sauna available (even if saunas are separate for men and women)
**Cons:**
- Very uncomfortable pillows with balls inside
- Aging buildings with lots of rust, keys used instead of cards, non-soundproof rooms
- No air conditioning in the rooms
- Cleaning not done during the stay, even for long stays
- Shower with significant temperature variations at all times
- No secure private parking, you must park on nearby roads
- Unsatisfactory buffet: insufficient restocking, little variety for a stay of 10 days. Breakfast with a limited offer and quickly robbed
- Unable to shorten stay, cancellation required one month in advance
For the price, it is better to opt for 4-star palaces in Spain with abundant buffets, daily housekeeping, luxury room or pay more for a 5-star as on the Giens peninsula where satisfaction is guaranteed.

I spent a great week in this Belambra club which gave us a brilliant welcome and thanks to all its Things to do and the exceptional facilitators, thanks to Aurélien and Mathis who were very dynamic and always positive. Also to the whole team of the responsive and smiling bar, this allowed us to spend a very good holiday in joy among them.

Influenced by influencers... and looking for a club in France suitable for children we tested this club... bof. Already welcome non-existent (arrival weekdays).
300 euros a day full board and sleep on a sofa bed... and pay for a good back pain... No cleaning during the stay, no change of towel, apartment poorly insulated, no shutter just curtains, no iron and a hair dryer from another era.
-side buffet here again little better. No seasoning just pepper galore and spicy (not necessarily indicated...)
- entertainment: young team, lots of sports session, shows ok. Nice kid's club.
- beautiful pool: large paddling pool for children but lacks games in the pool (slide, structure...)

Second time we go to this holiday village. Very good location, the exteriors are very good. The room was deplorable. We spent 1 week in an uncomfortable click and a room that reeked of humidity constantly, despite our remarks from the beginning of the stay. A baby cot not present at our arrival.... Animations less and less present.
Too bad...
