Hi Craig, You got an upgrade to a superior room in a boutique hotel. In regards of safety, one should listen when being checked-in, you was told access is provided to the hotel through our "night-day" door which, happening to be a door gives you also the possibility to leave the building. We clearly explained you where it was and how to get in and out. Obviously you were in a rather "sleepy" state and didn't get half of what we told you.
