Excellent staff nothing was too much trouble, from extra tea and coffee making facilities to directions to places of interest, and even the best chocolate shops in Bruges. Secure garage parking was a great idea and saved much time in finding parking places. Overall really good place to stay and very close to town centre

Perhaps it was a coincidence but unfortunately our double room was really dirty (big stains on carpet/furniture, dusty etc.) and broken (wooden door). During our check-in the service staff was not able to help us because he was “unable to leave his desk and no one could replace him”. Brunch was nice and the hotel is very central but these facts cannot justify 3 stars!
