The house and garden are beautiful. The staff was amazing. Arriving later in the evening, tiered and hungry the nite clerk helped us order in a delicious meal then served it to us as if we were in a fine restaurant. The next morning with a 6am departure he prepared a hot breakfast for us to take to the airport. The service was like a 5 star resort.

We arrived in Guyaquil when the curfew went into place. We were assisted to this hotel, as opposed to our other reservation, by a wonderful older Ecudorian Lady from the plane. This hotel is in a gated community, near the zoo and near the mall and great restaurnats. It is cozy and the hosts were so warm and welcoming.

This lovely boutique hotel far exceeded our expectations. The very attentive staff served a sumptuous breakfast every morning in the beautiful and serene outdoor garden patio. We had such a lovely stay at this tranquil boutique hotel, Casa García. Welcomed by the most friendliest, helpful and attentive staff, we felt right at home! Room and common space were clean, well put together and the whole hotel decor was unique and homey. It is located close from all the attractions Guayaquil has to offer. We had breakfast at the beautiful terrace outside which had several tables you can enjoy coffee or wine. After staying at Casa Garcia for 2 nights, we headed out to Galápagos for 7 nights. Coming back from Galápagos and the last night in Guayaquil, we had a night to rest at Casa Garcia. There was a Mexican cooking class happening on that night and it was such a wonderful experience to prepare the meals together and mingle with local friends and the talented chefs. The staff said the hotel hosts several cooking classes a month so if you love cooking, be sure to ask the staff for the dates and time of the event. Overall, we had an amazing experience staying; owners of the hotel are very welcoming and kind, we didn’t want to leave the hotel!

I have spent nights at the Hotel Casa García and I have felt at home. Very calm and cozy atmosphere. Both the breakfast and the food are super homemade, which I appreciate because it makes me feel more at home. The service is very good, and the hotel is very clean. I have preferred it to the typical super large hotels.

Who knew we'd be so (happily) exhausted after our Galapagos Cruise? Thankfully we spent our last leg in Ecuador at the lovely Casa Garcia! Welcomed warmly into this eclectically elegant home with quiet jazz and personalized service, we cannot speak highly enough of the serene courtyard, refreshingly jetted "cool pool," and yummy, leisurely breakfast. We chose Casa Garcia for the the amazing nearby historic park, safe walking neighborhood, and variety of restaurants- and our expectations were exceeded in every way. We had an excellent stay at Casa Garcia Hotel - the staff were very helpful & friendly at all times and the hotel itself is lovely. The room was perfectly comfortable, the outside courtyard area is very relaxing, and overall our stay there was really enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Guayaquil!

Four of us stayed at this lovely quaint hotel near the Guayaquil airport. It's near the park and in a quiet part of the city.The staff was so helpful. They stored our luggage when we went to the Galapagos. When we were unable to return to Guayaquil and ended up in Quito they helped us get our luggage driven to us in Quito! I highly recommend the hotel.
