Our stay at the hacienda exceeded our expectations ! We stayed a week in this beautiful place, enjoying the amazing pool and excellent food (which is made day to day with fresh products by the owner of the place, Valérie). The decor was sumptuous, full of painting, vases and other object all over the house, and the gardens are so beautiful that they look surreal ! The staff was as welcoming and helpful as Valérie and they really make you feel at home. Also, if you have a dog, this is the perfect place for him/her ! There are 5 wonderful dongs in the hacienda so your pet could make new friends and enjoy the swimming pool too !
However, it is better to fully understand that this is not a hotel per se, this Hacienda is halfway between a guest house and a hotel. So if you're expecting a butler bringing you a burger at 3am or things like that, this is not what you're looking for. On the other hand, if you like the human touch, a staff down to hearth and warm, and if you're not afraid to wait few minutes sometimes before having your amazing dinner served, well, go for it !
Finally, the other important thing to keep in mind is that the hacienda is 30min away for downtown Sevilla. However, the road is pretty straight forward and going back to the quietness of this house after a day of visiting or a night out is a pretty good thing for me.

After a journey through a dry landscape and a messy town, a gate opens to a true oasis. Valerie is already waiting for us at the end of the driveway. The Hacienda is a country house with rooms surrounding an interior patio filled with art. The garden is a beautiful green paradise with colorful flowers, which is special given the otherwise dry landscape in the area. Valerie is hospitable, provides a delicious breakfast and lunch is available in the afternoon. Dinner is also available several days a week. Seville is just a 40-minute drive away. Seville is a very nice city with many cultural attractions. Make sure you park the car in a parking garage just outside the center. Parking on the street in the center can cause stressful moments in narrow alleys 😬

It was a delightful surprise to find this place. It is a stylish large house, full of paintings in every wall, and with a personal and mixed balance of high-quality objects that made us feel comfy and happy, relaxed and special. Its gardens and swimming pool are as unpretentious but unique as the rest of the "hacienda". It is clear that the whole project was built on a basis of hope and love, like a dream come true. The owner is also very professional and committed; always willing to please you. The area is a paradise for birdwatchers (Doñana National Park and surrounding parks; and the bird refuge called Cañada de los Pájaros).

The bed and breakfast is originally the home of a French/Spanish family and feels more like a castle than a hacienda. The building, rooms and garden are magnificent. It’s worth a stay just to enjoy the art collection. There’s lots to do around the area including horse back riding, visiting the local village and of course Seville 40 min away with its fascinating history, entertainment and food. But you can also just stay, relax, do some yoga, enjoy the hotel and go for dinner nearby. It’s highly recommended to come by car so you can easily get around.
