Detailed Reviews
There is good and bad to this hotel so its a mixed review, arrived around 3pm to room not ready had to sit and wait don't clean rooms till afternoon no clean sheets in a weeks stay but clean towels everyday , rooms small but clean balconys are a little tired more cracked and chipped tiles than whole ones , no problem getting sunbeds as pool doesn't open till 10 so no queuing so laid back , dining room plenty of choice of food if your a picky eater your choice is burger, pizza and chips food is luke warm , juice ,coffee and tea available on a morning with breakfast but none with evening meal you have to buy water which comes in an open bottle and is luke warm which made me question was it straight from the tap ??? Staff are absolutely brilliant very welcoming and friendly. The only thing good about the bar is they do slushes other than that the alcohol is terrible the bar shuts at 10pm so you cant even sit in and have a quiet one and if your wanting food during the day round the pool order it a good 2hrs before as you will still be waiting for it when they start serving evening meals, which is a shame as the food round the pool is quite good . Walls are like paper you can hear conversations as you walk past rooms but you can also hear couples doing other things lol hotel is fantastically situated for the beach 2min walk , bars, shops and the strip is only 2mins from any direction. Air con very poor but that is the same all over Spain at the moment . Rooms could really do with a small fridge in them just to keep drinks cool .

I stayed here with my cousin for a week on holiday.
We arrived late on Monday evening, our room was ready, and check in was done swiftly.
The next whole week we chilled by the pool on the beds-there was never any trouble getting beds and not many people seemed to be around the pool, making it quiet and chilled out, just what you want.
The breakfast was your usual full English, with the choice of fruit, yoghurts, pastries and pancakes, everything was always good.
Evening meal was fine, the variety changed each night, you had to pay for drinks in the evening as we were half board but they were more expensive in the restaurant than in the bar, and exactly the same drinks.
At night, the strip is literally cross the road from the back of the hotel, it can be very noisy, but was fine if you went out for a few drinks on an evening.
The beach was a 2 minute walk, the location was excellent.
The bar in the hotel opens at 12 and closes at 10, a couple of nights we wanted a few drinks in the bar but were told we couldn’t even sit there with a drink after 10, the lights were switched off and we were told to leave, the staff are quite miserable. There was one man that was lovely in the bar, and he always was up for a chat.
Rooms were lovely and clean.

This hotel is beautiful, very modern and clean. The pool area is lovely too I couldn’t fault it at all. The hotel staff were amazing, we had to leave for our transfer and missed out on the breakfast so one of the staff from the front desk made us up a little picnic bag to take away with us, it was a lovely touch.
It is very close to the strip if you come out the hotel and turn left down the steps you’re at the supermarket but keep walking up and you’re at the strip so the location is pretty central.. the only issue with this is if you want a good night sleep it’s probably not going to happen, unless you’re a heavy sleeper which I am not. You can hear people partying until at least 5am every night
If you come out the hotel and walk straight up to the roundabout and turn right there Is a lovely little cafe thst does English food and it’s very nice and also cheap cocktails that are delicious.. there is a little restaurant opposite called ‘decent food’ or something similar but I would avoid that place. The manager is a very stressed out angry man and there was shouting going on amongst the staff. They also have fans that blow mist on you every 30 seconds but it has a strange smell to it, so not something you want going on your food.
If not for the noise I would have given 5 stars

Me and my friend came here on a girls holiday early July. Although the rooms look exactly like the pictures as we’d hoped our overall experience was not that great.
Staff, especially the receptionists, were very rude and unwelcoming - one incident was when our key card wasn’t working so we kindly asked for another to be met with a huge sigh and a muttered comment under their breath like “oh of course it isn’t” in a sarcastic tone. We didn’t appreciate this as we feel like if we were older or on a family holiday we wouldn’t have been treated as such. The maids were lovely but never took our dirty towels and gave us new ones every day which was annoying as we ended up with loads all around our room, the shower also flooded every time we used it even leaking out of the bathroom into our bedroom area. Breakfast wasn’t great but I guess we got what we paid for. Our air con didn’t work ALL WEEK which if I’m honestly put a downer on our holiday as we were too hot to sleep and getting ready for a night out was extremely unpleasant. We complained about this several times and they said it would get sorted which it never did!! The room could do with a mini fridge as an improvement as we couldn’t store any drinks properly, especially with no air con they were warm 10 minutes after we got into our room!! Our safe also didn’t work so we had to lock our money in our suitcases every time we left the hotel which was very annoying. Lastly this was fine for us as we were out on the strip all night but the hotel is very noisy (with many stag dos) so I wouldn’t recommend it to families or couples on a relaxing holiday - although the staff probably won’t turn their noses up at you!

The hotel is in a great location if you want to go to the strip although the walls are very thin and so we got woken up by people coming back at around 6am. The food selection is okay but water at the restaurant was overpriced and your much better off going to the local shop (1 min walk) to get much cheaper water. At dinner drinks weren’t available with half board and so if you wanted water you had to pay around €3,50 for done water and not allowed to bring your own water in. At lunch we won’t to the beach bar and ordered food (we were one of the only people ordering food) and the women didn’t put through our order until 20 mins after. When the food arrived 45 minutes after ordering she left it at the bar and went away before coming back to serve us with no apology. The pool is a decent size and is in the sun the whole day with enough sun loungers. The rooms are a good size and clean and we’re also cleaned daily. This included changing the towels but often the new ‘clean’ towels had stains and marks on them. The ceiling of the shower was leaking. There is no free wifi here and it’s €5 for 24 hours which we weren’t told about until leaving. Despite this the hotel is cheap and good if your just there to sleep and have plans for the day.

I cannot compliment the staff and the hotel itself enough. Upon arrival the warm and welcoming receptionist and bell boys were adequately going above and beyond duty to assist me in carrying luggage to our room. The room. What a room. Upon entering the room I was immediately beset upon by an absolutely gorgeous smell which took me back to a simpler time, the bedding was clean and the walls did not have mould. The security is wonderful, I slept sound that night knowing that my every concern was taken care of, and the decadent meal I had enjoyed (as part of my full board) had filled me to the brim with wonderful flavours that made me feel like I was enjoying a authentically spanish experience, the tapas and paella were to die for.

This hotel is not good!! Firstly, the room cleaner had either taken my belongings or put them in the bin and completely denied it!😡 the staff didn’t try and help with my belongings that was taken and didn’t take it seriously. Secondly, it was all round dirty from the rooms to outside, there was ants crawling all in the bedroom and in the bed. The mattress’s are ridiculous, we felt like we was basically sleeping on the frame with no mattress at all! The air con was none existent in 30 degrees which was awful! The walls and skirting boards were covered in dirt and looked like they had never been cleaned! The floors made your feet black and the shower floor was covered in dirt and dust. There was squished bugs on the floor of the room when we got in there as well. You have to pay for a safe and a mini fridge which is ridiculous so all your stuff will just go warm. The food selection was appalling with barely anything to chose from and was similar every night. The plates and cutlery was always dirty that had been ‘washed’. The only air con that work was in reception for themselves. Very limited on drinks that they served. They had no life guard around the pool and the bar staff wouldn’t let anybody jump in the pool and have fun but would let children bomb and dive and almost hit their heads on the side of the pool. Limited area for being round the pool as well. I would never ever recommend this place to anybody!! It’s right on the strip so you have all the noise from that and the security guard slept so anybody could just come in. They didn’t care about people coming in at 7am screaming and shouting and let them proceed doing this. The only good thing was the wifi.

The Hotel room where not as clean as it should be. In 2022 you will expect that the Wifi is included, but no, you have to pay 5 € for each day for the Wifi! Extremly noisy, you can hear a normal conversation in the neighbour room, and the beds are of poor quality. Ok staff. Not recommended, spend some more money on another hotel.

Couldn’t wait to leave. We booked this hotel last minute as part of a holiday and only saw the reviews after booking. Gave 2 stars as it’s in a good location to the beach and the end of the strip with Mulligans bar facing it but that for me is where the positives end. Like the other reviews state the air conditioning is really poor and with the new laws in Spain regarding air con it was uncomfortable being out in the cafes, bars and restaurants due to the heat in them and going back to the room didn’t provide much relief as the air con can barely be felt in the room. No fridges either so you had to either go to the bar for an overpriced cold drink or just drink the warm juice/water that you had purchased earlier in the day. Food was terrible we only ate breakfast & dinner twice there and the glasses for drinking out of were some of the dirtiest I’ve seen! Staff who worked in the mornings & evenings were also quite grumpy and rude and twice demanded we pay straight away when we sat down for evening food! I don’t know why hotels assume everyone who travels from the UK and Ireland wanna eat chips, beans and fry ups constantly! Didn’t sleep great due to the closeness to the strip and some people who felt the need to scream morning, noon and night like they’d never been on holiday before I like a drink and party myself but the carry on from some people baffles me (not the hotels fault of course). Wouldn’t stay again. For those wanting somewhere as a base to get drunk everyday and party all night it’ll suit you but if you want something more relaxed, laid back and quieter then I wouldn’t recommend here. Note for the hotel would be good to maybe have some fans on in the evenings so people can try and enjoy their food without the need to feel they are in an oven 😅. Pool area was dirty and a lot of the sun loungers are broken (think the staff just can’t be bothered). I’ll visit the area again just won’t be this hotel.
