This place was amazing, what a superb find! Hostess met us and offered us Sherry and Olives on arrival. Absolutely charming room overlooking the valley below. Lovely terrace. Room was full of charm, simply couldnt fault it, and terrifc value. Parking is at the Town square, near the church. Charges apply till 7pm, then from 9am, so no worries about...

Perfect position in the town. Lovely rooms and service. Breakfast was excellent. The hosts are very helpful. Great recommendations for dining out. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there. Only comment that I have is that the towels and blankets are not great but this was not an issue in the overall rating of the hotel.

Andres was the most helpful host we have ever met. He was the reason that we ended up having two perfect days of hiking and sightseeing. We never could have known where to go without his assistance and recommendations. The home is stunning. Our room was perfect in every way. The price is a low for what you get here....

All rooms have access to a shared terrace with amazing views of the country side and the cathedral. Wifi is only available in the common area downstairs. Lovely covered courtyard and library. A nice breakfast is available with local products, fresh juice and eggs at an extra cost. We stayed in a Twin Bed room at the top floor with...

We could not have been more delighted by the first sight of the incredible balcony room we had booked! It was so beautifully (and quirkily) decorated and the view was just outstanding! The balcony had two levels and sitting there in the shade, looking out over the view, was a holiday highlight for me. The artisan products in the bathroom...

Tucked away in the old town of Acros de la Frontera is a Parador with charm and a friendly welcome. I stayed with my daughter and her partner in this awesome lodging. After a welcoming glass of sherry, I was escorted to my room in this charming lodging down the stairs into the lower level. What a surprise to find...

We booked this hotel because of the glowing reviews on i-escape and here. Booked two nights in a balcony room and 2 nights in a standard room because the balcony room was unavailable. This hotel and the surrounding town are bursting with charm. Neither is that easy to get to so preparation needs to be good. The hotel is well organised and their instructions take account of the challenges in arriving in good shape. Read them well. Amazing location in the old town, on the cliff top with wondrous views for miles. The house is full of history and 'quirkyly' furnished with antiques and designer pieces and artwork. Excellent freshly prepared breakfast. Great town to explore - but on foot (streets are too narrow for your car).
