If you say that this hotel is bad and unfriendly then you are WRONG! This place is my second home. First time I've been there in 2004 when I was 1 year old child. Everything in there is perfect: food, service and entertaiment. Outside the hotel there is a beautiful little town called Shladming. This is a Sporthotel so here... More

The hotel is a great place to stay in for families. they really thought about almost everything you can /may want to do or need during your stay - horses, bikes short walk to the city center etc. The food was tasty.

Service - The hotel is quite big but I can actually say I never felt more at home. The Staff were unbelievably nice and helpful to any request. At dinner they were always generous and gave us additional main courses, soup, and every other thing we asked for. Sleep quality - The beds were very comfortable. Cleanliness - Spotlessly clean.... This hotel is the best skiing hotel I have stayed in with the family for many reasons. We got a good deal through Crystal Ski booking in February for end of March holiday. Firstly the facilities are excellent, we played tennis (indoors), bowling, table-tennis, swimming - all included in the price. The swimming pool is a public one but is... More

Even though some parts of the hotel seem dated, everything is spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Service and staff is first class throughout the hotel and the breakfast buffet is stunning. I will definitely be back

Lovely spacious rooms 240/241 - unusual for a ski holiday. There was plenty of room for all the gear with a nice sitting area overlooking balcony. All amenities in room were of a high standard and the room was kept very clean. I don't think you should have to pay for Wifi these days and although 3EURO per day is... More

Relative close to the ski lift planai, be sure to rent a ski locker at the base station. The hotel has everything you can expect from this kind of hotel. We would recommend this to our friends. Breakfast is very complete everything one wants is there. Diner is served at the table and a couple times there is also a... More
