Lovely room and bathroom. Very High standard of food in evening. Great views. On the other side to the ski area but good bus service. Waiters friendly but front of house could do with improving their person-ability.

I have stayed in the 4-6 bed apartments on 4 occasions. The location is great for skiing and the stunning views across the Rohmoos and Planai resorts. A 10 minute walk into Schladming and a bus outside linking to the various resorts. The apartments are spacious with two bathrooms and well equipped for self-catering although I have always eaten the...

We are used to stay in France, in small appartments, this was a very big appartement, with everything we needed for a perfect stay. It 's located just outside the village of Schladming, but you can walk till the Tenne après skibar & lovely city center. We certainly come back. Jess, Dries & Tom.

Most staff are friendly. Appartment was dirty with warn beds. Sleeping quality is terrible. When we came appartement was freezing cold. After complain they gave us electrical heater. They are making efforts to serve fancy food, but they are failing again and again. On the breakfast they came out of bread. They told us tht fresh bread will came in...

Spent an enjoyable week here, apartment spacious, good shower. The staff were pleasant, efficient and helpful. Food was adequate. The downside was that the hotel was a good 15 minutes walk uphill from the main part of town. Also there is no lounge/bar area for socialising with friends. The dining room doubles as a bar so no comfy seating, only...

We liked it here. Milana and Mirriella, our waiting staff were always friendly and helpful, and had a bit of banter going. The food was varied and for evening meal you had a choice from 2 starters, 3 mains (one vegetarian) and 2 desserts (one being a cheese board). We were often pleasantly surprised by how good it was, especially...

This hotel is value for money but consider your priorities, If you want nice bar/lounge to sit in after your day on slopes you will not get it. The lack of public spaces is startling. The restaurant provides a good and varied breakfast with evening meals which are more than adequate, but do not expect culinary experience. For us the...

Apartements are quite well equipped and have enough space. The bigger ones (recommended for 4-6 people) are comfortable for 4 adults. We had no probs with the staff and did not have any kind of issues at all. But i have to admit that generally Austrian accomodations are really reliable and do not wait for you with bad surprises and...

I thought I booked 4* family hotel. Apartment had two sleeping rooms and in none of them was not possible to put children's bed. Furniture was average, sofa full of spots, they switch of heating from 10am-4pm everyday, incredible idea in winter months. And all this for 211€/night!!!!! They also accept large groups of skiers so you can forget about...

Stayed here for 1st week of Jan via Crystal for a skiing trip with friends. Was a little apprehensive as there are some negative reviews on here - but isn't that ever the case! For £320 for the week we could not have asked for better. The food is excellent - 4 courses every evening and 14 euros for a...
