Really poor service, manager unapologetic about waiting over an hour for dessert order and so we didn't order adults desserts. Wouldn't normally post such a negative review but we also had a terrible experience on father's Day and only went back as we heard it was a new manager.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. The receptionist was not 'unaware' of the length of your stay, you had 2 separate bookings for 1x night each - hence the confusion. Had you asked for help with your luggage we had plenty of staff around who would have been more than happy to help you. With regards to the accommodation prices you paid about £70.00 per night which is a lot lower than our competitors in the area and also includes breakfast, which a lot of hotels do not. With regards to your negative comments, most of these issues could have been fixed at the time had you mentioned them to us. I will pass your nice comment on to April and James. Thanks.
