The hotel is well situated, just in front of the ocean. Nice design. We had the suite just for one night, and had dinner at the restaurant of the hotel (anyway, there are not so many opportunity in this small city). Everything went well...

We had a nice view of the stream and breakfast was good. The bread loaves were fresh and there was a small selection of cold meats and hot food. The hotel looks modern and the rooms were clean. The room was on the small side and quite stuffy even with the window open. We were not able to connect to...

We stayed only one night during our trip through the western fjords. We had double room which was nice, the bathrooms are little small though. Generally the hotel is very nice, rooms and beds are good, comfortable beds, rain shower, free shampoo and shower gel... Good equipped. Food in the restaurant is not the best in the world but ok....

Nice breakfast, everything was new, modern and clean. It takes only a 50 minutes drive (gravel road) to reach the Látrarbjarg cliff. The dinner at the hotel was very good and the price was reasonable.

Great food, clean attractive rooms, nice walk to town, right on the beautiful water. The staff were friendly, parking easy. I would stay here again and i recommend it highly. The driving to and from here is very scenic and exciting.

We landed at Keflavik International Airport at around 6:45am, picked up our rental car and headed to the Westfjords. Originally we planed on the long drive around the Fjords but instead we caught the Baldur ferry in Stykkisholmur and crossed the Breidafjördur Bay to Brjanslaekur. It saves some time and the ferry is a fun experience. We arrived in Patreksfjordur...

We stayed in this hotel when we visited the Westfjords. The hotel's building is quite modern. But the rooms are not clean. You can find garbages from the previous guest. The wi-fi is slow, breakfast was okay. The staffs are friendly. Feels like staying in an average hotel.

While there is not a lot to choose from in the Westfjords area, this newer Foss hotel will meet your needs. The rooms are modern & comfortable. The small bath includes a shower with a nice rain like shower head that you'll welcome to rinse the dust off after your tour of the bird cliff & surroundings.

We stayed for one night. The hotel is very modern, clean, have a mini fridge in the room, with a very good continental breakfast. We found this hotel to be very comfortable and the staff are friendly too. Wifi is good and we had no problems or discomforts at all. We suggest you to try the nearby restaurant called 'Heimsendi'...

We had a great room that was more spacious than you'd expect. Comfortable beds and good location within walking distance of other places to eat and areas to explore the town. Also a nice restaurant and bar with a very attentive staff. Cudos to Marco who made our stay even more pleasant despite Iceland getting a draw against Portugal in...
