Very good package, full of attractions. The staff has got a customer in the centre of the heart. I also recommend to visit the park/ garden and the art gallery which belong to the hotel (6-7 minutes by car).
I bought a women's weekend at the Fabryka Wełny hotel. We had many attractions in the package. In fact, we had little free time. I cannot write anything negative about the hotel. Great service, I haven't seen such a good approach to the customer for a long time. Very good standard. Everywhere clean. Pool great. Quality at every step is much higher than in other hotels, sports clubs or SPA salons. Even the food was a plus. High-quality products. I am sure that I will come back to the Fabryka Wełny Hotel.
The hotel in genaral is pretty good, facilities on highest standard but... The air conditioning in rooms does not change a thing - it was extremly hot in the rooms - not only in ours (our friends on different floor on different side of the hotel had the same problem). Staff on the reception and room service were very polite but those and the restaurants were somewhow inpolite and unprofessional. Waiter in the "fancy" restaurant treated us like a guests of second category - he had problem with everything and we had to wait extremely long for our dishes. Waitress in the main restaurant tried to take our plates while we were eating (asking if we already finished). This is pretty strange when you look at prices - it was very expensive as for such meals. The pool and the spa were great and especially the life guard who was extremely helpful (very nice older man).…
Over all we had a good time in this hotel. We stayed for 2 nights over the weekend, 3 adults, 1 infant and a dog. They stated "pet friendly" but we couldn't get anywhere with the dog, and had to stay, eat, and chill in the reception area, as nowhere else they have accepted a pet. Restaurant was highly overpriced, food 3.4/5. Nice swimming pool, comfortable saunas. Due to storms and strong winds outside we had to stay in the hotel. There is no kids zone/game room in the entire hotel. Bedrooms - very different in sizes (we have checked 3). On the second day we found...silverfish in our bedroom. Hotel staff and customer service was sometimes good, sometimes poor (rude), but over all (80%) very friendly. I'd stay there again, but without the dog and would eat out.
We found the restaurant rather expensive and we did not understand the style. No real options for plant based guests. The service odd less client oriented. To go to the gym, guests need to pass through the restaurant. The spa is good for 6 persons maximum.
i am often travelling with my 2 dogs but first time i got dog`s bowi in the room.althoughi have always my own ones perfect service and food very clean rooms ,good food in the restaurant highly recomended
We visited this place for a long weekend to relax. Unfortunately hotel is not well maintained and visibly used, e.g. in the floor of the pool tiles are missing causing a hazard for guests, towels are small and damaged (not comfortable to use at the pool plus some had holes in them), floor in our room was damaged from the moved furniture... For the four star hotel we would expect very basic amenities like a headboard which does not have a column in the middle of it (yes, we had the hard column in the middle of the headboard), robes in the size fitting a grownup, not hearing coughing of the guest from the neighboring room or voices from the hallway... We felt as is we were not alone. Employees although polite seem to be missing training on communication. They do not know how to explain the route to the room and Spa, waiter in the restaurant (btw, two restaurants with exactly the same menu?) had difficulties handling two tables... Most of all: they do not wear masks. The hotel has a difficult floor plan and signs are not that easy to read, e.g. to get to the spa you either have to get outside or walk through the gym (pretty awkward in the robe...).…
Great price/quality relation. Very nice modern decoration and confortable rooms. Breakfast could be a bit more wide but pancakes were great. It is a wonderful choice for business trips to the area. Restaurant is also high quality.
This is my third or fourth stay in this hotel - In the hard time of pandemic it was so nice to read a personal letter from the Head of the hotel - wishing a nice stay. The staff was helpful as always - no problem to solve or help even with finding the closest pharmacy at 21.50 . Thank you so much. Breakfast fresh and with wide choice so everybody can find something for yourself. Definitely will come back.
The staff speaks weak English, but they did their best to understand us and provide good service. Overall everything was good. Room was big, bright and clean. We ordered some SPA, it was good to have after long trip. And we really enjoyed the pool in the morning.
