We booked a night to attend a Wedding at Salomons Estate with our baby. ‘Due to a system update’ they lost our booking and then became fully booked. They called us 2 days before planned arrival to tell us. Offered us a booking in Maidstone which was too far away. Not impressed.

The welcome staff are lovely, the wedding staff have always been so helpful. After reading reviews we were slightly worried about the taster menu, but it could not be faulted. The food was amazing, the staff so friendly and now so excited for our wedding next year 😊

An average hotel in a good location; however, priority is given to coach tours, which limits availability in the dining room and causes delays in service. Breakfast was served on time and was hot, but the orange juice was of poor quality.

The always helpful staff ranged from coolly efficient to amusingly ditsy. What they lacked in welcome was more than compensated for by the lightweight shower curtain that enthusiastically enveloped you in its cold damp embrace (tuck it into the bath's handrail). EXCELLENT access
