Very poor standard, hardly a 2* hotel. The room was dirty, with hairs on the toilet, a half empty bottle of water was left in the room and the walls were full of marks as well, looking nothing like a newly refurbished hotel. The strong smell of sewage coming through in the room was awful, making it one of the worst accomodations we've ever stayed at.

Good position of the hotel, but a bit difficult to reach the beach, if you have a baby stroller or a weel chair. Only stairs to go down to the sea shore, no ramp in the proximity. The room was clean and with a good view, but no balcony. Also, the restaurant needs improvement, currently being like a canteen.

We booked this hotel after seeing its decent reviews but we were very disappointed. It is one of the old communist "tower hotels" in Olimp and it was recently renovated but still very much retains the communist feel. Our room was on the tenth floor and there were big problems with the water - hot water coming after waiting for 10 minutes and for flushing the toilet you had to wait for 20-30 minutes. Also there was a strong smell of sewage not only in the bathroom but also in the room. The breakfast was very poor, badly organized (not buffet as all modern hotels have offer in 2018) and extremely expensive. I had a normal continental breakfast with cheese, ham, butter and jam and it cost 40 lei! Normally it should not have been more than 15-20. The area near the hotel is deserted, with worn down forgotten hotels waiting for better days and alleys full of garbage and potholes. The only acceptable thing was the cleanliness - the room was clean, bed sheets and towels ok. But a very bad experience over all, I will definitely not come here again.

If you want to enjoy your holiday do not choose this hotel, starting with the room that smell like a. Public toilet, with very bad staff And quite expensive.
They do not change the bed sheets for a week, if you request something it look like you disturb them, housekeeping staff will walk in without knocking or have any courtesy to say sorry when you are sleeping just because they want to take the rubbish out.

This place is absolutely awful, outrageously expensive, without service, and staff that threatened its customers with reporting them to the police. The rooms are very small, and the bathrooms smell like sewage ALL THE TIME. The showers are poorly isolated (meaning there is only one wall) so everything’s gets wet. There are no shelves to place toiletries on. We had no hot water for 5 out of the 9 days we stayed, and when we com0,aimed we were told we were liters. Food is NOT included, they weigh every tomato and fired egg so eating is very time consuming as all their food is priced per 100 g, lots of staff resources is spent on weighing and labeling the food. The food is so horrible we stopped eating there within a couple of days. They advertise included free parking: there is absolutely NO PLACE to park. The corruption in that town is so high they built huge buildings without parking structures: there are cars parked on sidewalks, everywhere. We were so terrified to move the car we parked on a forbidden area, we didn’t drive anywhere. It’s horrible. Do NOT believe the website, they have 20 designated parking spots for over 200 rooms. They advertise free WiFi, it does not work outside the tiny lobby. Literally, the lobby (where a 2-bar WiFi barely flickers in and out) has a sectional that fits 3 adults and a few uncomfortable stools, for a tall hotel with 200 rooms. I believe they converted the lobby space into sleeping bunk beds for the Bangladeshi and Sri Lankan help they hired. We complained about the parking and WiFi and we were told: deal with it, too many people are stay8ng at the hotel. We complained about the hot water, they accused me of lying stating the room next door to me had hot water. I invited the manager to come take a “hot” shower in my room, she said she would come up and never did. I told them I will not pay them at the end, the np abager, Mrs Stamate replied “it is not in your contract that you get hot water, so you need to pay for the room, or else I got your “numbers” (she referred to my ID I provided when I checked in) and will file a police report.” I’m a dual citizen so I’m already sad about how empty the beaches are, and how expensive everything is at the Black Sea, and how awfully abused the customers are in that area. But people make the place and they could make an effort—and they decide not to. The best beach is by Vraja Mari which can is a long way from this horrible hotel. They advertise “play areas”—-they have a small rudimentary play structure. Games zone is a couple of electronic tables, none of my kids ever entered it because there are also smokers everywhere close to entrances. The pool is super small and people flood it literally by 8:30 taking all the chairs—-however I never entered it with my kids as the Black Sea is absolutely the reason I was there. Try Holiday Blue, or Ciresica, unless you want to pay for Medusa Complex or Epico villa.
Pam Beach Hotel is worst than a poorly maintained toilet. It makes yo7 pay a lot of money for it, and lies about its services.

Excellent hotel, nice rooms with private bathroom & shower. Very clean and very friendly service, reception open around the clock. The restaurant is of buffet type, so you cannot expect gastronomic quality, specially you won't get any extra which is not exposed in the buffet. The taste is very good for a cuisine of this type and all the personnel is very friendly and helpful. The terrace of the hotel is very nice, beautifull view on the beach and on the swimming pool. I advise to anyone looking for a nice place at very reasonable price at the Black Sea (wich is finally not really black but ruther blue - maybe because of the beautiful Blue Danube) to chose this hotel & restaurant.

This hotel is located by the sea ,next to Amfiteatru Panoramic hotel and to Majestic Hotel. It is a 12 floor high tower hotel, renovated this year, with a pool addition and a decent restaurant .Yes it isn't all renovated but on the process of being untill 2018.The room service could be better and the front desk could be improved also, but it is a fair and nice place to go in comparisson to others .Worth a go!
