The only place to stay in Lepakshi. Hotel is managed by AP tourism and well maintained. Staff is cordial and food is also good. The only issue being the sarkari culture, they won't give you towel or soap in the room till you ask for it. All the places to visit are near to hotel.
My parents and me wanted to visit lepakshi Veerabhadra Swamy temple. We chose Haritha hotel to stay because it's near to temple. Facilities are not extraordinary , it's decent. One can choose it just for one time fresh up. Because there is no access for any other shops in and around and no other recreation. So we felt it's better to stay in hotels within Hindupur town which is around 15kms away from lepakshi.
This is one of the 2 Government restaurants in this place . Car parking is there for free. So if somebody wants to visit The Nandi Bull , Lepakshi temple and the Jatayu theme park ; they can park the car over there . Lunch is vegetarian buffet for 90 Rs . Pretty clean . Decent food . This is the only option to have a good lunch at Lepakshi .
Hotel is located exactly beside the Famous Lepakshi Nandi. Hotel provides Andhra Meals option only in the afternoon. We stayed there for 1 night , Hotel serves very limited food options in the Dinner. There are only 2-3 People running this APTDC property. We booked it at very reasonable rates . Rooms are spacious , Hotel does not provide wifi, It is situated at a walkable distance from Lepakshi Temple.
Had buffet lunch from this hotel run by Aptdc. Good vegetarian food. Neat, not highly priced, delicious Andhra meals. It's near to lepakshi nandi.. Rooms are also spacious. But I didn't stay there, as I had to reach Bangalore on the same day.
