We have visited Eastwell Manor for many years now and it never fails to live up to expectations. The service is excellent and the food delicious. I only hope that being bought by Champneys will not change the wonderful atmosphere of the Manor Restaurant.

I stayed at Eastwell Manor this weekend for a spa break for my father’s 70th birthday. Upon driving up to the House, I was most impressed. Beautiful grounds, magnificent building. I actually thought I’d arrived on the set of Downton Abbey! Checking in was a relatively smooth process, though we got there earlier than the 3pm check in time, so...

The website of this hotel gives you the impression of a romantic well maintained spa hotel with great service. Location and the main hotel building are great, but our room in the mews was poor, dirt on the wall and on the night table. The bed had a very old mattress with the springs coming out. Spa is new but...

Nice enough lunch for two. Location and grounds are fantastic. But as always the service lets things down. Our waitress (French or Italian) was very nice and did a great job. No problem there. But.... we spoke to another serving staff to try and get some side dishes and they just never turned up. Nor did the wine list we...

Well got back earlier today from what was supposed to be a 2 night romantic break for our 1st wedding anniversary. The hotel was highly recommended by a few work colleagues who know it well, and I have to say we are well and truly disappointed but certainly glad we didn't have our wedding here a year ago. Apart from...

Ok, the building and grounds are lovely but that is as good as it gets. We stayed for a weekend break with an afternoon tea booked for the Saturday, this was easily the worst tea we have ever had and we love afternoon tea so have tried many. The tea was ludicrously strong, the sandwich he's completely devoid of any...

Always a risk coming back to somewhere after 16 years - particularly when the last time was your Wedding and everything was perfect. However, time has not been kind to the general levels of service, even though the leisure facilities are first class, now that Champneys have taken over the place (bit small but read that other gyms and yoga...

4 of us had a birthday lunch here. The Manor is in such a lovely setting, the last time we were all here was 10 years ago. We started off with Champagne before going into the restaurant. Of course it is an old building but it is in need of more loving care now. The staff should all be given...

I would like to add to the positive comments about this facility. I recently joined as a Member and travel 30 minutes to get to Eastwell. I have a local spa on my doorstep but is NOTHING like this. The facility is modern, which is just what the Pavillion needed! The Gym is very well laid out, with more equipment...

We stayed here years ago and the fond memories brought us back. While it is still a beautiful property, the rooms are in need of a serious upgrade We also found them understaffed in both the hotel and dining room, leading to slow, inconsistent service. Further the food was no better than average. We understand they are planning a major...

Thank you for taking the time to leave us with your feedback, you are correct a major overhaul of the public areas in the manor itself is due to begin in a few weeks time and should be complete by the beginning of September. Once that is complete the bedrooms in the manor and the mews cottages will then be...
