This is a great location with very good accommodation around the lake. The staff are outstanding always very friendly. The only issue and we have raised this before is the car park is very dark at night. The lighting is very poor and a bit of a safety hazard particularly for the elderly and despite raising the matter directly with the GM last year nothing has been done about it.

We stayed at the Pullman Bunker Bay for 2 nights. The accommodation and staff were lovely. The only thing that annoyed us was that we couldn’t eat at the resort’s restaurant due to it being booked out both nights. We feel that guests at the resort should be prioritised for use of the restaurant over the general public. Apart from that no complaints.

The hotel is 4 star but barely 3 star from experience. The breakfast is pre-cooked and sits for hours. The coffee is awful and you pay for an ok coffee. The cafe at best is like a busy thoroughfare. The room is above basic. Compared to Asian hotels less service and more expensive. First and last time. Capel Lodge much better.

This is my 6th stay in Pullman Bunker Bay since 2017 and is still as delightful. Couldn't have asked for a more relaxed and comfortable break away from the hustle and bustle of city living. We were well looked after, all Staff are exceptional, Accommodation is lovely, comfortable and well equipped. Restaurant (Over the Side of the Moon and Bar) has one of the best scenic views over the Bay and serves delicious meals. In short, this Resort is a must to visit and stay when one is visiting South West of Western Australia

Few days to the south west to relax and enjoy each others company. The villa was clean and surrounds were quiet. Great walk down to beach. Location, a bit far from wineries/breweries except for those in the Eagle Bay Region. Villas are clustered with no car access. Cara ar all parked at open car park and inconvenience when it rains. Probably a 100m walk to the car park but a buggy ride was offered. Room was serviced daily but disappointed that the cleaner threw away my wife’s face wash on the 3rd day of our stay. Basically threw away her face wash which she brought, the soap and shower cap without replenishing. Apart from that we had good service from the reception and restaurant staff for the daily breakfast and the dinner we had there. Totally enjoyed our stay.
