Okay let me start off by saying that staying here was a one of a kind experience. The whole place is really beautiful and rustic. They have two kinds of staying options - Huge tents and cottages (for the less adventurous kinds). P. S. Go for the tents. Everything about this place is amazing - the food, the staff and... More

I have stayed at the Nameri Eco-camp on several occasions. It is a well run camp, located close to the River Jia Bhoroli, beyond which lies the Nameri National Park. The trees around support a good diversity of birds and butterflies. This place is particularly popular with bird-watchers. The rooms are basic but comfortable. December to March is a great... More

We visited Nameri Eco Camp in May 2016 and stayed for two days. We traveled to Tezpur by air and the Eco Camp had arranged for a pick up. While I travelling with a bit of trepidation about the place, the moment we reached, it was a paradise of a place to start the vacation. Serene, in the midst of... More

This place is quiet and in the lap of nature and with lots to explore. The stay at Eco Camp was very relaxing and rejuvenating. The tent was of decent size and the beds comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is very tasty. We had boiled pork, never had such tender pork and such a simple... More

This is a nice property with comfortable tent stays. Really good for bird watching. We reached the place close to evening so could not really enjoy much of Bird watching but ideally you should go in the early morning for the same. We instead went for rafting in Bhorali river. Rafting is organised by the hotel only and is quite... More

Nameri Eco Camp is a cozy place to be. It is a place to go alone, with friends or family. It has the best of both worlds - you can be amidst the rustic nature and have the luxury of room service with hot snack served in your tent or by the bonfire. The best thing here is that they... More

A wonderful place to visit, in case you want some peace and quiet from the mundane city life. Cast amidst a truly natural setting, the place offers solitude and one-ness with nature. Proximity to Jia Bhorali river and Nameri Forest Reserve makes it possible to go for treks, angling, and rafting. Food here has a local touch and is a... More
