We booked a package of 3 days and 2 nights and we went in a group. The entire trip was excellently planned, clean rooms, delicious food, courteous staffs. The entire property was well maintained being in the remote island village.

Spent 3 days in this resort a lovely place. Far from the madding crowd. They keep you engaged. Fantastic food and good service. You may not sight tiger in Dec. Came to know Feb to Apr is best time to sight tiger. Only 5 times it was spotted during this period tells the rest. You got to be lucky to...

A good place for a weekend getaway from Kolkata. The only complaint that I have regarding the resort is its room allocation system. We were 3 adults and we booked for a 2 N 3 days package for an Executive AC cottage costing us 35K plus. This is supposedly the best one but the cottage that we were given (...

We booked a 2 nights package and were pleasantly surprised with the tour. Small comforts like drinking water were looked after. Rooms were quite good. Toilets were clean but could have been better. Hot water in the mornings were a problem, water was mostly tepid, although we were told that hot water could be provided separately if needed. Quality of...

We booked the rooms for 4 families 5 months in advance. We had initial problems one day before travel when I called up the Kolkata office for confirmation. I was told that my Non/AC cottage was not available and was downgraded to "hut". I felt, this part was unprofessional on the part of the authority but they confirmed me the...

I went with my parents and my boyfriend for a weekend at the Tiger Camp, and it was a great experience. Of course, we hadn't expected, or wanted, to spot tigers, so unlike a lot of people we weren't disappointed at all for not being able to find any - the natural beauty itself (plus deer/birds/boars) is more than enough...

The people, the food, the service and the location are EXCELLENT but, according to the photos found on the net, I expected a much higher standard rooms! In fact, the rooms are very humid, ( the whole place is humid) and I saw many crawling and flying insects

We were staying for several days in Kolkata and I was determined to do some wildlife viewing in the Sundarbans. Going with Sundarban Tiger Camp was a good idea. They picked our party of 5 up in Kolkata in an airconditioned bus. Then we drove the 3.5 hours south to the last villages on dry land. Then they had a...

We stayed in a one bedroom cottage in the Tiger camp. Our room was clean and air conditioned thanks to the nearby generator. We also had an en suite bathroom. We were perfectly comfortable in this remote part of the world, where the villages have no electricity or running water. Yes, places like that still exist on our planet!! Each...

Dear Guest, Thank you for choosing Sunderban Tiger Camp for your stay at Sunderban National Park and for writing such a candid review.
