There are only a few places for campers, dotted one next to the other. Prices are far too high for what they are offering. I realise it was winter but according to them high season, high prices, closed shop, cold and battered toilet block, unfriendly receptionists. All in all, not a very pleasant experience. Try somewhere else.
We had a good time at this camping. It's a people's place. With a lot of regulars. It gives a different and real Portugese vibe. Lovely pool, lovely and helpfull people. The restaurant is really nice. We ate breakfast every morning and once the buffet dinner. It serves very affordable and good, honest food. And we loved the staff.
Hi everyone, Campimeco".A mix of old and new. The restaurant and coffe shop are great but still a lot more needs to improve on serounding spaces. To expensive for what we get. Roads around and inside of the park very precarious, no directions to the park. Shame cause its located on such a beautiful place. Would i go again??? No , thank you !!

Campinir-Campegino I was on campings all over the world. But even in Zimbabwe was the camping way better then up here! Hospitality was zero when we wanted to check in. It's not the high season yet, so we thought it was normal we got the empty area for ourselves with the motorvan/camper. The area was soft and sandy, the people at the reception didn't warn us. So within 5 minutes, when we tried to find a flat place (there wasn't any!) we got stuck in the sand!! And it was at a place near an electricity pole, so it was an official place to stand. We couldn't get out ourselves, but there were several tractors up near the reception. One girl got it that we were in problems, because we have an one year old baby. And she had to sleep somewhere! The others ones keep saying "tomorrow at 9". The keys where at the reception of the tractor, but it was too difficult that we could use it (also when I said my husband could drive it himself). Finally after 10 minutes there was a guy who helped us immediately. Thanks to the consistent girl at the reception. After that, we saw the field was more of a poop area for all the dogs from the families in the bungalows. Also the next morning there were "spontaneously" some cleaners to clean the wash and bbq area (it was dirty and a mess and there was meat all over the ground with ants on it). We even missed the sunset (perfect outlook) because all of this. And nobody checked if we were ok. You also had to go to the reception for asking for open the pole for electricity and also the next morning for opening it again to get away. There are also no clear signs to get there. But that's a good thing, so nobody can find this terrible camping. There are two others ones in the area, so please go there!…
