With a group of 15 friends we were kindly received in the hotel. Thanks to online check-in in advance we immediately received the key to our room. Some of the group made direct use of the indoor pool (bathrobes and slippers are available in every room). The room is very spacious with a large walk-in shower and separate toilet. A seating area and terrace completed the whole. For dinner we got separate room. The 5-course dinner was of excellent quality and each course was introduced by the staff with an expert explanation. We chose a white and red wine from the region, which was very good value for money. For breakfast there was a wide range with even a separate corner where different egg preparations could be ordered a la minute. It wasn't a cheap two-day trip but it was worth the price.

We come almost every year with the family (8 adults and 8 children between 7 and 14 years) to Little Switzerland for an all-in weekend. This time it was again a direct hit, starting with a warm welcome by the owners who managed to convey their enthusiasm and professionalism to all employees in a relaxed manner. Nothing but praise for the cuisine of their restaurant 'Puur', with a compliment to the attention to detail, with beautifully finished and tasty dishes, and an impressive wine list. A surprisingly high-quality restaurant for a rather small hotel. The friendly prepared personal omelette at the breakfast buffet is a nice extra. The beautiful location, the swimming pool and the wellness are strong assets that, together with the restaurant and the pleasant atmosphere, make the difference for us. We are very much looking forward to our next stay!

This is our most favorite hotel in the Netherlands. A team that is able to make you feel like you are visiting their home because of total pampering and hospitality in a beautiful setting. Everything is right and everything is there for a luxurious holiday and complete relaxation. From swimming pool and spa to a top culinary experience. The beds and pillows are top notch. Thanks for everything! We enjoyed it so much!

The welcome was allright as you might expect from a family hotel.

"Due to Corona the hotel made some changes to make the guests comfortable.
However there was a thin line between the Corona regulations and the reality. For instance, at breakfast you'll be served from a buffet like breakfast bar. All to keep social distancing, but the staff pick your breakfast by hand. When I discussed it with the staff they claim that they wash and sanitize their hands all the time. This makes you wonder ....."

"The Superior rooms above the restaurant don't have an airco installed so bare in mind that due to extreem warm weather the rooms can be very very hot. It affects your sleep and you're not well rested." So I can understand some earlyer complaints and the discussions with the owners!

However the gastronomical part was more then fantastic, it all matched perfectly. They got sloppy on the diet requirements, but they were able to correct their error instantly. In culinary ways I had the time of my life there.
The wellness part was superb I had a massage included and you can use the gym, swimmingpool and sauna for free. That's a big plus!

Overall the staff are friendly and helpfull, but it's a big minus that after checkout they don't seem to ask if everything was allright and if I had a pleasant stay. Maybe because of the fear for negative comments, a shame really.

It's hard to give an overall rating at this point but it's mandatory to give one. So they lose one star because of violating the Corona rules (when on holiday I try not to pay much attention on it otherwise it gets an irritating factor) and losing one star for comfort in the room during extreem hot weather.
It's also unclear if the room was unoccupied 24 hours before my arrival!!

We think the price-quality ratio is poor. The breakfast is disappointing, the breakfast room is very noisy and there is no fixed table, which resulted in us having to wait in the hall until a table became available. We were offered coffee but there were three couples in front of us.
For 300 euros per night, expect more, especially at breakfast.

Situated in beautiful surroundings, Hotel Little Switzerland has been the place to go for a holiday in our own country for many years. From the hotel you can take beautiful walks in South Limburg or the Voerstreek. Then relax your tired muscles in the Spa & Wellness, which leaves nothing to be desired. Then enjoy a delicious dinner and, after a night's sleep, be welcomed in the morning by the ladies at breakfast who will get the day off to a good start with a smile.
Hotel Klein Switzerland bears the name of a family hotel with honor: the Steinschul family and their team take care of everything down to the last detail.

Truly a fantastic hotel. Everything is beautiful and well cared for. The furnishings are luxurious, but personal.
Very hospitable reception.
And a beautiful wellness. 2 saunas and a steam bath. And on the 2nd floor there is a beautiful swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds inside and on the balcony. But the most beautiful thing is the view.

The restaurant pure is definitely recommended. Delicious food.
All in all, a wonderful short holiday in South Limburg

We settled down for lunch in the Puur restaurant of the Klein Switzerland hotel. After a walk in the area. And we were able to enjoy an excellently prepared 3-course menu. The dishes were all a feast for the eyes and the flavors were good.

The room was a good size but the furniture felt a little outdated. Nice modern bathroom. The room terrace was lovely and we managed to have breakfast delivered to room and enjoy it outside as the weather was warm for February. The hotel terrace was right above our room so it could get quite loud when it was busy with guests, therefore it was difficult to enjoy our private terrace at busy lunch time. If we wanted the dinner at our hotel we had to book a table. When we arrived the hotel restaurant was still empty but we were seated by the door. Pretty disappointing when you are a guest and paying them more then just a regular dinner guest. The menu was very limited, so at the end we went to eat somewhere else and it was worth it.
