The room was excellent and very neat and a very warm welcome for our dogs in the form of a gift and a piece of cake, what do you experience as an animal lover? Breakfast also excellent with everything in sufficient supply. You can have breakfast together with the dogs in the lobby upon request so as not to disturb other guests, a nice solution close to the buffet. Unfortunately, parking in the hotel garage is not free, which is poorly indicated when you enter the parking garage.

We were attending a concert at the Poppodium Boerderij in Zoertermeer, and needed a place to stay for a couple of nights, Friday to Sunday. The hotel has a simple & fresh decor, our bedroom was clean, the bathroom had both a walk-in shower and a bath, there is an underground car park for a daily charge of €15 and a free public car park 3 minutes' walk away, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. As well as breakfast, we ate at the restaurant both nights, and although the menu wasn't extensive, it had all the basics we wanted and was pretty good value for money.
The hotel wasn't particularly busy over the weekend we stayed, and being on the edge of a business park I imagine it gets busier during weekdays. There are very few amenities nearby, so transport is essential if you want to get out and about.
If/when we return for future concerts, we will definitely stay here again.

Neat, complete and neatly clean room. Nicely decorated. I really cannot agree with the comments I sometimes read about this hotel that the decor is old-fashioned and dated. Very extensive breakfast. Everything is there, and you can also have an egg fried separately. The parking garage is narrow and a bit on the pricey side, but that's a minor complaint.

The staff were some of the nicest people ever. All were friendly, helpful and went beyond all expectations. The hotel and rooms were clean and well equipped. The breakfast was spot on but dinner was a little basic on some evenings but there was a choice of salad and one hot meal. We struggled to get a hot vegetarian option until the final evening but when it was available, was delicious. There are only stairs to first floor, so, if like me you are scared of lifts, request a room on the first floor. The staff moved me with no issues once i made them aware. Thank you to all staff for making our stay so enjoyable.

Dear Mrs. Michelle, First of all I would like to thank you for your kind words about the staff. This means a lot to me and them and I will make sure to communicate this with the teams! I'm glad to read that the breakfast buffet and room was to your liking. Thank you for your feedback about the dinner, I'll make sure to communicate this with the right departments. My apologies about the inconvenience with the elevator. It is true that if you have a phobia for elevators that you should request a room on the first floor. Sadly this is the build of the hotel and there is no short-term solution for that other than getting a room on the first floor. We truly hope you'll visit us again in the near future and again thank you for your kind words! Kind regards, Jaimy Bodelier Front office manager

We were going to spend 2 nights in this hotel during our holiday, our family was on Duinrell so it was nice to combine that. Upon arrival it turned out that the room on the 6th floor was only accessible by elevator. in no way were we allowed to use the stairs that were present. My girlfriend has a terrible fear of elevators and in the 40 years that we have been visiting hotels, we have never experienced that she was not allowed to go up the stairs. the young lady at the counter was not there to talk and so we were able to go home in the middle of the night, with a 5 year old child. really scandalous. On the one hand, it was scandalous that the stairs were not made available, but on the other hand, we were not given any refund of the money paid. So we lost what we paid for the 2 nights with breakfast!!! particularly service-oriented. so we would like to warn about this hotel. very unfriendly and, apart from the rest, very dated. there are many nicer, friendlier hotels. However, they now indicated that they were going to adjust the site and state that there are no stairs available. I think that proves you wrong, but then you put our money in your pocket.

We had a three-person room. The breakfast was extensive, sandwiches, hard rolls, buns, spreads, rusks, crackers, fruit, yogurt, muesli, cornflakes, bacon, eggs, sausages, pancakes.
Nice beds.
Little cupboard space.
A bit of dust under the sink.
Heavy doors, a bit inconvenient with luggage.
Fitness room .
Parking (paid)
Dated but not unpleasant.

I don't recommend it.
3 days before arrival I sent an email with questions but no one answered me. Parking is paid and the entrance is very narrow. The price on the website is 15 euros in real 17. Dust and cobwebs are everywhere in the room. My feet stuck to the floor. On my daughter's blanket were huge orange and yellow spots. It's just disgusting. I have a Discovery card but I have to pay extra for the lazy sunday feature. The restaurant was not open (and this is one of the reasons we chose this hotel) and the breakfast was very poor. These are not 4 stars, but maximum 2. The hotel manager is apparently on vacation at another hotel.

Located very closed to the train station. Very good breakfast and food. Rooms are kind of old but ok. I didn't find the bed very comfortable. They make you pay 9 euros if you want to use Wi-Fi, otherwise you can only use it for texting and email.

Dear guti_super7, Thank you for your review on this website. I am glad to see that you enjoyed the location and the food of the hotel. ! I regret to see that we did not meet the expectations of you with the room. Our normal standard wifi should be working for everything on your phone. We were working on the wifi in the hotel, for better internet. Maybe that was during your stay. I would like to apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. We do understand that this cannot change the experience you have had in our hotel anymore. We hope you will give us a second chance to welcoming you back in Zoetermeer. With kind regards, Ashley Yassin Front office manager

Hotel is right next to train station, without noise. Hotel itself also very quiet while all rooms were booked. Beds are good. Refrigerator and safe available. Bathroom is old fashioned but everything is super, super clean. You can use delicious scented shower products. In the evening in the cafe we sat chatting with Gina the bartender and you tasted that she had made the coffee with love. At breakfast (super de lux on Sunday until 12:00!!) there was plenty of choice and Bo made sure that no one was a bit short and everything went neatly and smoothly. For us a successful overnight stay. We will definitely be back again.

nice hotel NH Zoetermeer. the room was fine and breakfast was also very good. There is a lot of choice The room is a bit dark and a bit older but still very comfortable. They could put some free water bottles in the fridge. Also maybe they could reduce the bike rental fees especially for business people who may just need it for a few hours. Overall ok stay and would come again,
