A well maintained hotel with all facilities you need, perfectly located in Noordwijk. The premium rooms are large and cosy, the standard rooms in the lower part still very good for the price. There is no much alternatrive similar in value in Noordwijk.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights during a conference with my work and I really loved the hotel.
The check in was very smooth and easy.
The rooms are beautiful and spacious.
The gym is amazing and well equipped
The Spa are is lovely and relaxing.
The food and specially the breakfast is very good.
I have to mention a staff member. His name is Serkan. He is a fantastic asset to the hotel. We had a birthday among some of our participants and he was so accomodating and helped us with a very nice suprice and a cake. Such a great guy and I really like what he did for us with very short notice.
So thank you very much.
I will for sure be back if I will come to this area.

We arrived early and room wasn't available but was able to check-in and store bags for the day. Later we just collected our room keys. We had a superior room, 4th floor, balcony with 2 chairs, village view (downtown and water). Very nice. The room had a coffee machine, kettle, fridge (no shelves), 2 complimentary waters, work desk, lamp, 2 sitting chairs, 1 tv with cable (couple English channels) and YouTube. King bed, firm but comfortable off to side in its own separate but open area with nice big windows and view. The toilet and washing in separate rooms. Hooks in hallway for coats, and closet with hangers near bed. The blackout curtains worked very well also.
The hotel is about 5 minutes walk to the shopping street and a bit longer walk to the beach. There is a supermarket off the shopping street, Vomar Voordeel Markt, open 7 days a week, noon on Sunday. If you plan to arrive by bus, there are three stops (all called Pickeplein) near the hotel.
Overall, very friendly staff at front desk and bar and a very nice hotel and would stay again if in area.

I was there with my colleagues for a conference in July; being closed in the meeting room for two days, I could not enjoy the hotel that much, however, I saw enough to have some impressions. I got a premium room at the top floor; the room, was spacious, but a bit odd in its configuration. There was an ample area, a sort of sitting room with a sofa and a quite comfy desk, where I was able to work after dinner. In front of the bed, there is a cabinet with a hidden tv that can rise pushing a button. To be honest, I did not test it, since I did not have the time and the desire to do it. The bathroom and the toilette were in two separate spaces, which is ok; however, the bath is quite old fashioned and a modern restyling would not be too bad. The negative of this hotel was definitively the meeting room, where we had a 40" screen to show the various presentations, which was very small given the room size; the chairs and the tables were also not very comfy. The coffee was terrible, at the verge of being disgusting. Food served was ok, nothing special. Breakfast very basic, nothing surprising. In general, I would not say this hotel is very good, but definitively above average

The Palace Hotel is historic and has all the modern conveniences needed for modern travel. Within 5 minutes of walking is the North Sea, restaurants, and shopping. The staff is efficient and friendly. The breakfast buffet is extraordinary, with an abundant amount of fancy breads, cheese, fruit, salad, yogurt, cereal, meat, fish, coffee and fresh juice; if that's not enough the chef will make you more! We were there for business and rehearsed our PowerPt slides on the big screen TV with accessible HDMI port in our room. In our break time, we rented bikes on site and road on the paved dune trails. When it was raining, we ate lunch inside at the restaurant and shot billiards for fun. We will be coming back!

We had a 3 night stay as a family of 6 adults and 2 children in 3 rooms and had a very comfortable break. We were travelling to see family and the hotel was in a great location both to see them and the local area. Our rooms had been upgraded to superior and they were well presented, comfortable and very clean. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We used the bar, restaurant and playroom. Keeping a 3 year old occupied on a windy, rainy day would have been difficult without the playroom, even the adults were joining in. We would certainly return again.

Good hotel located in the centre of Noordwijk close to the beach and to the pedestrian zone. The rooms on 2nd floor are comfortable and well designed, only the bright carpet has some unavoidable stains. Breakfast was provided in a meeting room, which was okay, but of cause not stylish. We used the gym which was cross the parking garage and had to be opened by a hotel clerk. Major disappointment was the bar. The stuff which was permanently overstrained and unorganised, it took always a while to be recognised and in our last day we even left after 30 minutes without being served. This should be mich better. However, good location for a short trip.

Most relaxing stay in an environment that combined restful sleeps and great breakfasts. Was particularly surprised by the free access to an excellent gym. Totally enjoyed concluding my days in a very cozy lounge.

We picked this hotel based on being close to the beach and to the Kukenhof Garden (15 km). It was perfect for both of those reasons, but also had extremely comfortable beds, nice rooms, friendly staff, top-notch dinner restaurant, and a kind of olde worlde elegance about it. It's a short walk to the beach and to the shops and restaurants of a seaside resort, but is much more manageable and human-sized than some of the mega-properties nearby. The pool is small, but the ocean is 5 minutes away.

If you are visiting Noordwijk for the annual flower parade, this is the hotel to stay at. The parade starts at this hotel. We were also lucky we got a room with large balcony that ended right over the tents that had the dias.
The hotel itself was very good; clean rooms and friendly staff. The restaurant, however, was a disappointment. Good was ok but for the price they were charging the quality and taste was not that great. If I had a priori knowledge, I would have walked 5 minutes into the town and had awesome food.
