My fiancé and I staid here for a week and we loved it. The refurbished rooms are immaculate. The staff are friendly. We loved the fact that the chef came out to ask us what we wanted for our breakfast. It's only a 5 minute stroll from the waterfront. Highly recommend you stay here if you want a very relaxed... First visit to Malta to see family stayed here in one of the refurbished rooms, all I can say is excellent! Staff are probably the friendliest I have ever come across nothing too much trouble, from Marco the owner to Rita the housemaid! Chef will freshly cook anything you order for breakfast nice walk to the bay for some good... More

We booked this on a budget and room was ok a bit outdated but we didn't expect luxury, it was cleaned thoroughly every day, they are in the middle of updating all the rooms. Staff very friendly and hard working and helpful. Hope the owners pay them decent wages as they deserve it. We had a couple of queries with... More

I booked the Cerviola Hotel for three nights and it was the worst hotel I have stayed in my life. The room had mould on the ceiling and in the bathroom. There was a strong smell of mould. When we arrived the receptionist asked us to pay the full amount for the three nights. As soon as I went inside... More

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nothing was ever difficult for them. Coffee whenever i wanted for free. Croissants for free too when i missed the breakfast. They washed my clothes for free, they felt sorry for me since i lost my baggage i think. Room rather old and run down. But everything works fine. And it is a very good... More

What we really enjoyed is fast-working Wi-Fi in our room – contrary to what Maltese hotels promise, it is rarely the case. Another bonus is a small shop just near the hotel, that works until late. There are, however, multiple drawbacks. The first is smell, or rather smells. Different areas of the hotel have their own unique smells, each one... More

Cheap and cheerful but a lot more beside. Such a good breakfast and the evening meal at such a low cost. Nice pool and all is clean and tidy. Staff so friendly and helpful. Marsascarla is tucked away from the tourists is wonderful and so easy to get everywhere on the buses. Highly recommeded.

We stayed in this hotel for a week whilst visiting family in Malta and was so pleasantly surprised by how fantastic the hotel was. Nicest staff I've ever come across, they were so friendly and made us feel so welcome. We had breakfast every morning and it was lovely, the chef will cook an English breakfast however you want it,... More
