We stayed at this hotel for two nights during our stay in Paris. It has the usual features of an Ibis hotel with a full set of washroom in one room (unlike the Ibis budget ones) and it is located around a 10 minute walk to the Line 4 subway. It is pretty much far from the main attractions in Paris, but it is easily reachable via the subway regardless.

The breakfast buffet was just cold breakfast. I did not see hot meals served. The breakfast room is actually separate from the restaurant area so that was interesting.

The hotel is located very close to a tube station (10 - 15 min walk), therefore the access to the centre is quite quick. However, please make sure you check for travel updates. When we were there were strikes and the tube wasn't running; at all. So we walked to the center (1.5 h walk) as it would have been impossible to get on a crowded bus with a pushchair. Overall, if everything is running as normal, the location is ok.
Another bonus was that it had parking available for guests and the price is quite reasonable, compared to others (I think it's around 19 euros per day); the parking is secure and right next the hotel.
The room size isn't great, although compared to other hotels in a more central area it was quite decent. So if you need more space, be willing to spend a bit more and make sure you always ask for the dimensions of the room.
Overall, the room was ok. For the price we paid I wouldn't have expected more. But the furniture is quite outdated, there was a bit of mould on one of the corners of the ceiling (as it was on the hallway and we only stayed 3 nights it didn't actually bother me) and the bathroom isn't the most modern one. But clean and decent.
Also, do not request a cot bed. if you need one, bring your own. We have asked for one but brought ours just in case; and I am glad I did. The cot they have provided isn't safe for babies or toddlers.
I would recommend the hotel if you only need a place to sleep. We were out all day so only spent a couple of hours in the room and it was ok. If you are expecting a modern and big room then this isn't for you.

Ideal for couples or singles, but not really for families. Small basic rooms with comfy beds and good shower. Breakfast offered good continental and bacon and scrambled egg. Is used by tour groups a lot as good price and with a short walk offers good access to the metro or Paris bus system.
We were on a tour and it worked well for us. Vending machines offer crisps, chocolate, drinks cans and coffee. Free cold water dispenser by entrance door for water bottle refilling.
19 minute walk to No 4 metro system and various bus routes. No 92 bus route is ideal for Eiffel tower.
I would have given 5 stars if it hadn't been a couple of issues:-
We were in room 701
Unable to shut bathroom door. No catch, and too big for the door frame.
Tv - non french channels not working.
Last day I saw one of our group being told off by a breakfast waiter for putting a cup on the table rather than on her breakfast tray.
Bags for disposing of female Sanitary towels, I had used, were not replaced.
These issues weren't major and didn't really effect our overall experience, just little niggles that could easily be sorted.

Their website states that check in time is 12, we arrived at 11:30 and were arrogantly told our rooms would be ready after 3 so we had to get ready in the bathrooms to go out and leave our luggage in the storage room which they weren’t happy about but we had no choice. We felt unwelcome by the staff, one from our group speaks french and they refused to even try to understand him because they knew it was second language french even though he did his best to communicate. They were very inpatient + rude, and the woman would shake her head in disgust every time we asked a question. The rooms look absolutely nothing like the website shows, they’re outdated box rooms (with no mattresses, they’re more like sunbed covers). We didn’t pay much to stay there, but it isn’t worth any price. The location of the hotel is quite good but other than that, the whole thing is shambolic.

Dear guest, Thank you for taking the time to leave a detailled feedback about your experience. First, indeed the check in time for groups is 3 PM. It's actually written 12:00 on our website, which is the case for our individual customers. But we sure let the groups know about the check in at 3 PM, so we can ensure all the rooms will be ready for everyone. However, I regret the treatment you recieved from our staff, which of course is not acceptable. Please accept our deepest apologizes. It doesn't reflect our service level we want to provide. The necessary measures will be taken, so that it won't happen again. As far as our rooms are concerned, I'm sorry that they didn't meet your expectations. They are standard rooms from Ibis in Paris, please note nevertheless that we will renovate them within a few months. I really hope we will have the chance to welcome you again, and give a way better image than last time. I remain at your disposal if necessary. Best regards. Alix Bonnard - Room division manager

I always travel with a UV torch to check the bathroom in hotels and my discovery in this hotel was shocking! Toilet bowl was just full of stains… the vent in the bathroom was covered in dust, meaning it has not been done for a very long time!

The hotel was noisy, kids running in corridors very late at night, doors banging all the time. Very badly isolated to be honest.

Finally the shower head fell on my head as the shower based became unscrewed 🙄

Bad luck or just bad hotel?

I personally would not recommend it

I stayed at ibis hotel and accidentally booked the wrong month. The hotel said that they would refund me my nights back. The refund took 7 days (I booked through Expedia) and then the the merchant claimed the money back. I would never, ever stay here again. Now I’m in Canada trying to get my money back.

The entrance of the hotel promises better but when you get to your room one remains in shock; I had three single beds cramped into mine, why, I do not know. The laminate was lose, there was a type of old grey laminate in the bathroom, and holes everywhere, hairdryer did not work, the water did not go anywhere when showering and there was mold in the shower. Everything just looks worn down and dirty. The only positive note is the very friendly staff (who had to hear my complaints).

Our recent check-in was one of the most distressing hotel experiences we've had. Faced with an unexpected policy of needing a physical card, we were caught off guard, as the only email informing us of this had gone to spam. Our booking was made with a single-use virtual card, which expires after 48 hours, making physical presentation impossible. Despite explaining this and providing all necessary virtual card details from our bank, the first three staff members we interacted with were inflexible and unaccommodating. The first two were rigid in their stance, and the third outright refused to assist us. After a tedious and stressful wait, extending well past midnight, a fourth staff member finally reviewed our documentation and acknowledged the validity of our virtual card. This whole ordeal, lasting over three hours, was not only exhausting but deeply humiliating. It's a stark reminder of the importance of clear communication and staff flexibility in the hospitality industry.

Had chance to spend few nights in October in This Hotel.
location is well connected to Subway and Rialway. Property is old and not well maintanined.
Overall a bad smell in Hall, corridor and elevators. Shared spaces very dirty, dusty and smelly.

Room. Acceptable size for a Standard service. poor bed quality, i had a double bed, made of 2 single beds covered with a Topper. Not satisfied, since i woke twice during the nights to "reconnect the beds".
Toilet and shower need a renovation. Sink didn't drain water aswell the Shower.
Really Good Breaksfat which made the stay a bit more pleasant, expecially nice the variety of tea.
Friendly and nice staff.
Overpriced for the quality and the services offered. I honestly won't come back in this property.

The hotel is on the opposite side of the city to Charles DeGaul airport and the Eiffel Tower. May I suggest though that you purchase a 3 day travel pass for the Metro and everything is then easily accessible. Suggest Notre Dam, Louvre, Eiffel, Tracadero, Arc, Champs, and the Grande Arc

Hi there is a public bus service just 10 minutes walk from the hotel as well as a train service . Not sure about taxi. We used the train services to go to all the attraction in Paris and it cost us euro1.70 per trip per destination though I heard there is a discount ticket for groups .
