A fantastic place to stay a night or 2. You may do day walks in the park, to mountain tops or along the cliff coast. Some of the walks along the coast are quite spectacular, almost "via ferrata". In summer a trip down to San Fruttuoso for a swim and a lunch in one of the restaurants there. Probably the... More

After hiking the beautiful, but sometimes very exposed trail above the coast we enjoyed a delicious dinner with seaview only disturbed by a wild boar. Compared to Italian standards the breakfast was very rich. We will come back!

Hard to understand if you should take the boat to san fruttoso or drive by car and walk 45min to the place. Well.. If you somehow are unsure, park the car in camogli and take the boat to the beach and then its a very hard walk in the heat for 30min but then you arrive, prepare to get sweaty... More

My boyfriend and I ended up here by booking a diving trip through Portofino Divers. It was absolutely amazing! We did not know what we were getting into until we arrived at the dock and were told we had a 20 min hike up the mountain to get to the farm house, but it was worth it! The hike was... More

I arrived on the ferry to San Fruttoso with my inseparable bike and after a swim in the cove of the Christ of the Abyss I got to the shelter. It was amazing surprise to come across a place so perfectly connected with the earth and nature around. Keep it up!

Wonderful location, homy yummi ambiance and food, lovely owners and passing by hikers and discoverers. The food takes 10 over 10. I will come back. Close and far, in the middle of no where but a perfect location!

Firstly, I must describe how I got here. As I had no idea what the journey to this little piece of heaven would entail so I thought I would share it with you to help you plan your trip ... Start: Train to Camogli station, step out, smell the sea. Walk down to the harbour in Camogli (10 mins), wait... More

This is a fabulous place, hidden away up the hill in the quiet and peaceful woods overlooking the San Fruttuouso bay and abbey. Beautifully located, wonderfully clean and quiet, and walks starting straight from the door. You can do the coast walk to Camogli stopping off at tiny bars serving aperitifs or off towards Portofino. Either way the countryside is... More
