The hotel has a really nice view, all the rooms view the Garda Lake. Also with breakfast you can enjoy the amazing view. The breakfast is good, not a lot of choices, but enough to choose whatever you like. The rooms are a bit outdated and our room had a weird smell, but all by all “okay”. Nice to know; Unfortunately, the wellness and indoor swimming pool are closed due to COVID-19. Furthermore, there is a shuttle bus service every hour to the city Center of Limone for €1 per person. Conclusion: What you pay is what you get ;)

Myself and two friends from Ireland stayed in September, the hotel was in a great location with only a small walk to town, the views were beautiful, room was basic but more than adequate, the staff here are great, very friendly and helpful, a special thanks has to go to two members of staff who were exceptional, always happy, always friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable and always on the go working hard to keep people happy, so thank you Oana and sadly I do not know they other lady's name

We had a great holiday at this hotel. The room was kept spotlessly clean and the air conditioning worked well. We enjoyed the food, the pasta was delicious and there was a good selection in the buffet. The views of Limone are probably the best in the town, the views are quite spectacular. We enjoyed the pool which again overlooked the beautiful scenery. The staff were friendly and very welcoming and they made our holiday even more special. Overall this hotel is excellent value for money. We would go back.

VERY DATED We stayed in a self catering apartment, never stayed anywhere before with such bad facilities. We chose self catering so we can do breakfast and maybe lunch or a light meal for ourselves, staying here was impossible it was worse than camping in a field ( camping we had more utensils ). When we arrived we had to pay for towels, bedding and a €150 despoit that we wasn't aware of. It is NOT walking distance to the centre you have to drive or PAY for the shuttle bus, that only takes 8 people. If there's a group of you it's cheaper to get a taxi. Will go to Lake Garda again but never to this hotel it needs demolishing and rebuilding. Spend a few more pounds and stay somewhere else.

I think from every room, and balcony, you have a fantastic view of Lake Garda and it surrounds. It is located a couple of kilometres from the town, elevated up the hill. This is a very large hotel, probably about 600 guests accommodated, so the breakfast and dinner buffet's can be a real challenge. Also, the shuttle bus that takes only 8 passengers, can be tricky when more want to go or come from town. The hotel itself is really dated, my guess out of the 1960's, and it shows in so many of the rooms and facilities. It is run by a holiday group, that also provide the wine for the hotel, and that also is less than average. The rooms are neat and nicely appointed, but again with ageing pieces. Air con works well when on. One saving grace at dinner time is the pizza bar near the pool. I recommend it, and it was our escape from the madness of the buffet. The pizzas are great, table service very friendly and efficient, so completely different to the rest of the hotel. Overall, not much of a relaxing time, very crowded and difficult to get around.
