We stayed here for two nights. Absolutely get a room facing the pool as you'll get a lovely outdoor space where you can sip your wine at night and watch the stars. This place maybe looked a bit more posh ten years ago, but the rooms are tidy and a good size, the main areas are large and welcoming and... More

On our way from Rome to Florence stayed in this hotel for one night to visit Sienna. Warm welcome, quiet location and large rooms and nice garden and pool , safe car parks was the advantage . Although the hotel seems tired but is affordable and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent especially the bakery stuff was superb. Keep your chef.!

We stayed in August 2016 for 7 nights and were overall happy with the hotel. Good central location to all nearer Tuscany musts, Sienna, Monteriggioni, Luca, .... Rooms are a little old fashioned, suspect usual in this region. Breakfast was versatile and plenty, the scrambled eggs are sensational! Dinner not that perfect, but acceptable, quality of meat (Bisteka) very good,... More

The rooms are nice, although our toilet was so high that my feet did not touch the ground when I was seated. I am 1.8 m tall / 5' 10". We ate at the restaurant which was pricey and nothing special. They made a point of telling my wife that she could not fill her water bottle from the filtered... More

Hi, we are sorry for your comment. We offer services and we are always welcoming as mostly of our guest recognize us. The big buffet breakfast and the water dispenser is at customer disposal for Breakfast only. Your opinion is important for us and we take note. More

This hotel sits rather strangely beside a Toyota plant and the highway, but has been designed and landscaped so well, you don't know it! There is a sense of slightly faded grandeur in the decor, but the rooms are modern and large and clean, and the bathrooms a good size. The rooms - all on the ground floor - are... More

We were with a Riviera Tour Group (who do good tours) and marshalled by the lovely Bev & Wilmer. Our room (301) was in a un-stylishly mock Rococo mish-mash style but roomy and liveable. Our bathroom provided room to swing a cat with a decent shower with plenty of hot water, although if an American ever visits they will complain... More

First off, we arrived at 6:00 hoping to use the beautiful looking pool. When we arrived to this hotel we learned the pool would be closing at 6:30 for a private event even though our room had a patio direct to the pool. We went to the pool for 15 minutes and found it dirty and smelly. The hallway to... More

Spent 3 nights whilst visiting Florence. Hotel was tired and showed its age however the breakfasts were excellent. Try and ask for a room at the back of the hotel ours was at the front and it was noisy. The thing that redeems this hotel is the location, fantastic, just minutes walk from the centre. Huge market just around the... More

Four days in the countryside as part of a tour. All rooms were on the ground floor - some overlooking the pool, others overlooking woodland. Gym and spa available. An hours walk will bring you to Monteriggioni - a lovely walled town with an interesting small museum and classy gift shops. The food was good and our room very comfortable.... More

Dear Guest, thank you for your report. Our big parkinglot is available for our clients. A walk distance could be the Monteriggioni Castle or The Abbey Abbadia Isola both along the Francigena Road. More
