We got in 2 hours delayed at 11PM and Francesco greeted me with a smile and nice cold beer. Room was in a building which was a former stable and was very tastefully decorated. Breakfast was excellent with Francesco preparing and attending to us and our daughter. We will be back!

Our friends booked this and we were all skeptical on the drive but when we arrived, we found a true treasure. Francisco and Sabine were excited hosts. We had wonderful breakfasts made form the bounty on the farm and the rooms were unbelievable large and comfortable. We toured the compound and met all the animals! We look forward to returning... Whilst riding with my motorbike across Italy, I stopped for 1 night at this fabulous gem. Exhausted from a long day of riding the calm countryside setting instantly helped me to recharge. Being a family run farm, the place does not just co-exist with its surroundings but lives of it. An ancient mill and a flowing stream add further character... More

In August 2014, my wife, adult daughter and I stopped one night at Mulino di Prada when driving to Tuscany. We arrived late and a bit flustered because of an incident en route but Francesco greeted us with warmth and courtesy. We occupied the Pavoni [=Peacock] suite. It was delightful – clean, spacious, quiet, comfortable, well appointed with en suite... More

We had a lovely few days at Il Mulino between Christmas and New Year. We stayed in the Pavone suite in the converted barn which was delightful, it had all the mod cons with pretty antique furnishings and quirky architectural historical features. Breakfast in the main farmhouse, was a feast, including meat, cheese, freshly cooked eggs, fruit, yoghurts and a... More

Once again we enjoyed wonderfully warm and friendly hospitality in this beautifully restored old mill. Nothing was too much trouble to make us comfortable and this personal touch makes this place something really special and is very much appreciated. We look forward to our next visit.

We only stayed one night but enjoyed it very much. Everything was excellent: the hospitality (free coffee and thee at arrival), cleanliness rooms and bathroom, extensive breakfast with home made bread, marmelade and biscuits. Owner speaks fluent English. Ask for the large room.

The Family that runs this quaint B&B are very friendly, charming and welcoming. It is a beautiful renovated home with large rooms and a great homemade Italian breakfast. Very close to Lodi which we found to be a great area to shop, eat and get to know the locals. My family and I would highly recommend this B&B. It made... More

We were going to stay 3 nights at the Mulino di Prada but in the end we stayed 7 nights. The hospitality, the clean and spaceous rooms, the delicious breakfast with fresh figs from the garden, home made jams, cookies, bread and even salami ! made it impossible for us to leave after three nights ! Also the location is... More
